Does it matter? The only ones Thune has to convince is South Dakota voters. I wonder how many of them watch Meet the Press? Probably not enough. Timmie's playing to East/West coast Leftists. Interestingly enough, Daschle always runs RIGHT, governs LEFT. Anything said on MTP will not be enough to convince South Dakota voters, IMHO.

He who has the "dead" vote in SD is usually the winner. They are never properly reflected in the polls.

McCain said mistakes are made in war...We are still in Bosnia, Kosovo, Korea..It isn't bad to have troops there in Iraq long term, but we need to go after the sanctuaries.

We actually use paper and pencil, where you must fill in the circle for the vote of your choice. You actually have to be able to read in South Dakota to vote, stunning isn't it! Oh and they are in English!
