Each day that goes by has people asking 'Where's Obama?' The democrat candidate for Illinois Senate has been MIA as Alan Keyes has cris-crossed the state of Illinois exposing Obama's liberal voting record. People are starting to hear the truth and Obama is losing support downstate.

The Chicago dead still support Obama by a large margin.

i wonder what in the world ever convinced the illinois gop to bring keyes here to run in the first place. first, he is a carpet bagger who attacked hillary for being a carpet bagger, and then comes here and comes off like a revival preacher with advanced syphilis. i still have respect for keyes but i wonder what in the world could be going through his mind.

That's the problem, absolutely nothing. If anything, Keyes is damaging this party, and not just in Illinois. News travels. He needs to be put out to the curb.

Don't you love well reasoned political discourse?

The strain of being 43 points up in the polls must be wearing on him. </sarcasm>

From the story about the recent poll results I posted in #15:

Even poll respondents who identified themselves as Republicans give Keyes less than a 50 percent approval rating. When asked who they would vote for today, just 48 percent of Republicans named Keyes - while almost one in five Republicans are defecting to Obama. Meanwhile, independent voters - crucial to any Republican victory in Illinois - are backing Obama almost 4-to-1.

That's disconcerting.

**The Chicago dead still support Obama by a large margin.**

LOL, but not really funny if the dimocrats are messing with the ballots!

At this point, I'd rather have God's help in Colorado, Florida and Alaska.

When will some "reporter" ask Obama how he feels about voter fraud - and what he plans on doing about it.

Huge landslide of corpses for Obama.

No, that poll should be illegal. This one is accurate.

As long as Keyes isn't the medium. God's help coming from people like him does more damage than good.

No kidding!!

Richie Daley was a bully as a child, when he
kicked me off the playground in Grand Beach, Michigan.

He's still a bully today.

Beats me, I'm from CA.

Why all the controversy - would it have been better if Obama ran uncontested? I guess some think so.

The Illinois GOP is a steaming pile, that's why.

Criminals and liberals have dominated it for years.

Yea, it is pretty sad how lunatic Keyes has gone. He's crazier than I ever thought. The local GOP would've been better off laying down.

I agree. I had high hopes for him but he has proven himself to be a completely incompetent candidate. He has no political sense.

Something is missing from the article.

Where are the comments of those who support Keyes?
