excellent thread.
If these had been this many attacks against Muslims after 9/11, there would be a long backlog of hate prosecutions already on the dockets. But Republicans, well... that's politics.
Thanks I added it to my Blog
Thanks I added it to my blog.
I don't have the link, but how about the Tampa Bay cop who threatened to "shoot" the president. At least someone took the threat seriously.
I don't know how far back you want to go, but we could include the Hillary supporters who spit on the Albany Police's Color Guard unit during one of her state convention rallies. I have a feeling this list is going to be endless.
TampaBay Cop is good, the rest is really guilt by association stuff, just really compiling a list of direct assaults on the Bush/Cheney Campaign or its supporters.
Bullies Storm Republican Office
This happened yesterday in Orlando,FL.
Also, I read somewhere where a middle aged woman was attacked by a 94 year old Democrat while she was erecting a Bush-Cheney sign, being hit numerous times with a cane.
So much for "tolerant" liberals.
The "party of peace"...
Are any of you surprised?
Seems to me the GOP is the party of manners - the DemocRATs the party of rude behavior.
