The Rev. Sharpton and his wife, Kathy, are splitting up after 24 years of marriage.
The couple will announce the separation today, Sharpton's representative Rachel Nordlinger confirmed to the Daily News.
"It's entirely amicable," Nordlinger said. "They are on the best of terms. But at this point, their daughters are grown and they want to pursue their separate interests."
Rumors the couple had grown distant have dogged Sharpton for months.

Sharpton & Jackson are the only folks I know who've spent their entire lives getting wealthy by helping poor people!

Back in Sept I saw Al Sharpton in the Bermuda airport. He appeared to be by himself which I thought odd since he was just running for the nomination.
I recognized him and pointed him out to my wife and kids. I thought about saying something but a polite hello was it. Figured the guy was there to get away just like we were.
