Are verbs those funny looking critters with furry faces that talk like munchkins? :o)
Your link on this doesn't work.
Watch out for the attack of the verbs. :)
See links in post 22.
I vote for Kyle.. he's a VERY good man and a great Senator from Arizona!
strong work!
What does this say about Senator Specter?
Thank you so very much for the link, PKMom. Email has been sent.
I called my congressman. I didn't even get to say anything. The lady said, "Let me guess. Senator Specter?"
Bwhahaahahaha!!!
AMEN! AMEN! AMEN!
Please insure that I'm on the Specter ping list.
Keep up the good work.
So calling our Senators will help, yes? What else can we do? Tell me what to do, where to show up, and what to bring.
We also need to pound congress to impeach and remove from the bench liberal activist judges that are legislating from the bench. I have the feeling that if an example is made out of a few, like the 9th in Cali and the one in Arizona, the rest will tremble in their robes before running roughshod over the will of the people.
In this case, a passed over Specter would leave a poisoned, vengeful RINO on the Judiciary committee. That might almost be worse than having him as chair.
I dunno PC.......I'm almost willing to try and take my chances. Your point is well taken and certainly worth pondering.
Please include me in your Specter Ping list.
Please put me on your ping list for Judiciary! Might as well do it for Specter and continue on for judges! :)
Jon Kyl is my #1 as well. Then Grassley can stay at Finance. I have always been impressed with the Arizona Senator and how has stood up to the Dems!
Hardly. RvW is pure judicial usurpation of the legislative prerogative. That many wish to posit its inviolability, whether it be because they approve of the practice, or because they want to avoid going on the record with their votes, is irrelevant. RvW is an bastard decision, and it will eventually fall.
I do agree that abortion will never be made illegal throughout the United States, but the issue has been so hotly and consistantly disputed for so long I find it delusional to imagine it's legality will continue in it's current form in perpetuity.
We all know there are vast segments of this society that are patiently waiting to attack the practice with all the vigor of the suffragettes, and the only thing preventing them from doing so is the certain knowlege forcing the issue would leave our current system of government in tatters.
"1. Sen. Hatch must resign the Chairmanship because GOP rules forbid him to hold it for more than 8 years."
It sounds like we just need to change the rules and let Hatch stay in place for another term.
BTTT !
