House Of Representatives & The Boy Scouts: It's Time To Slap Around The ACLU

Let it be known far and wide who the 3 are: Democratic Reps. John Dingell of Michigan, Barney Frank of Massachusetts and Lynn Woolsey of California. Dems ALL.

These are the 3 stooges who voted in favor of further harassment from the ACLU against the Boy Scouts of America. These are the 3 who stand for irrational, godless, immoral postulates.

May they forever be remembered for the disgrace they publicly displayed in the House of Representatives on Saturday, November 20, 2004.

However, kudos to the elected American loyalists who stood firmly against the persistent unAmerican devilment of the ACLU, especially as such relates to the Boy Scouts.

The US Congress is stepping up to the moral plate by putting the ACLU in its sidelined place. May that continue until the moral conservatives of the nation retrieve sense and ethics to the country’s agenda. May that continue until the ACLU falls off the map.

The ACLU mean attack network has been set in place for too long a time. The ACLU has delighted in castigating the Boy Scouts of America in one venue, then another. But it appears as if the new Congress has had it with the taunting, baiting ACLU.

Therefore, the House spoke in appreciation of the Boy Scouts while castigating the ACLU for its latest threats to the Boy Scouts. By a vote of 391-3, the House voice "recognized the 3.2 million-member Boy Scouts for its public service efforts," according to AP writer Jim Abrams.

In addition to the commendation, the debate hit hard against the "strident legal attacks" on the Boy Scouts. Just recently the Pentagon concluded that US military bases global would not directly sponsor Boy Scout troops. That came about because of "legal challenges to government relations with a group that bans openly gay leaders and compels members to swear an oath of duty to God."

However, the Pentagon’s action opens service personnel to lead troops as well as encourages troops to meet on bases where "civilian organizations are allowed to hold events."

The House set forth that the ACLU has been basically managing a "nuisance lawsuit." With that, the House agreed, except for 3, to request Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld to reconsider the Pentagon’s latest move.

"’Scouting values, military values, citizenship values, a respect and reverence for a creator are not a violation of the doctrine of church and state,’ said Rep. J.D. Hayworth, R-Ariz, who was an Eagle Scout.

"The measure's sponsor, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said Congress would work ‘to defend the Boy Scout's ability to continue the fine work that they have done for nearly a century.’

Again, take note of the 3 stooges who enjoy the freedoms of the American flag but who work daily to shred the American flag: Democratic Reps. John Dingell of Michigan, Barney Frank of Massachusetts and Lynn Woolsey of California. Dems ALL.

It is about time that the ACLU is stepped on and these three fudge packers should be recalled, but I am sorry to say that they won't.

Time to delcare the ACLU a domestic terrorist organization, indict them under RICO statutes, and shut 'em down.

I'm afraid that we wouldn't have much luck with dingbat dingell in Michigan. He is an old line wealth redistributionist representing a predominately working class district that drinks the grape koolaid in large dollops before going off to vote. He hides behind his alleged support of the second amendment and support for the domestic auto industry to soften his appearance to the voters. He is nothing but a hate filled leftist. He and his wife Debbie, a high executive at GM, are among the strong supporters and mentors of Jenny from the Block Mulhern our canadian governor. He could be reelected with the money of Bill Ford and support of his "working class" district even if he were dead.

There's nothing wrong with the ACLU that a few well-placed RPGs wouldn't fix. Just my opinion, of course.

We here in Michigan are already working on the recall of many Liberals with their socialist mind-set.

First our Liberal (socialist) Governor who is raising every tax in the State to pay for her environmental exteme programs, and

Second, Dingell who is so far out of touch with Americans, he may as well be on Mars.

It's an outrage that US laws, apparently passed during the Watergate era, allow the ACLU to collect attorney's fees for makework----Christian-hatng lawsuits it itself launches.

That means "values voters" have been footing the bill for the ACLU's launching a juggernaut to remove Ten Commandments images, Christmas creches and Christmas carols, taking God out of the Pledge of Allegiance, and because they claim they have a civil right not to see the Ten Commandments, a civil right not to hear the word “God” in the Pledge of Allegiance, not to see a creche of the Baby Jesus, not to hear Christmas carols. The ACLU has collected a huge amount of our tax dollars in this left-handed fundraiser for the ACLU.

FReepers can silence the ACLU with a bit of activism. We need to insist our Congressmen repeal this abusive law that allows the ACLU to get rich on harassing Christian America. Congress must repeal laws enabling the ACLU's Christian-hating activities. Cut off the ACLU's funds and watch them disappear. Here's what we can do.

The IRS should determine whether the ACLU is properly accounting for all its tax-funded activities, whether it is inflating legal costs, and whether it is using tax dollars for the purposes stated. We need to know whether the ACLU is engaged in Enron-style accounting and spending practices.

REFERENCE SOURCE FOR ARGUING REPEAL TO CONGRESS

Apparently, when Congress contemplated the fee-shifting bill three decades ago, it never conceived that 42 U.S.C. §1988 would be used to secure fees in esoteric battles over the meaning of the establishment clause of the First Amendment.

The statute gives a court "discretion" to award attorneys' fees to the prevailing party in civil rights cases.

Study of the legislative history of the statute reveals that Congress intended this statute to apply to civil rights abuses, including certain race and sex discrimination cases, but not to arguments about whether Judge Roy Moore is allowed to display the Ten Commandments in the Alabama courthouse.

During the deliberations on the bill, the Senate penned that "in many cases arising under our civil rights laws, the citizen who must sue to enforce the law has little or no money with which to hire a lawyer."[6] In the recent First Amendment lawsuits filed by the ACLU, the tables are turned.

Small school districts and municipalities can either defend lawsuits and risk paying the ACLU's attorneys' fees if they lose, or they can voluntarily submit to the ACLU's view of the Constitution.

Even if lawsuits over the establishment clause somehow fall within 42 U.S.C. §1988, the statute empowers courts with nothing more than "discretion" to award fees.

In these cases, one would expect courts to withhold awarding fees. Since this is not happening, Congress must take immediate action to clarify 42 U.S.C. §1988 to explicitly exclude lawsuits related to the acknowledgement of God.

The ACLU's incessant stalking and sexual harassment of the BSA is an abomination to the United States of America and will be tolerated no more! Neither will their Anti-Freedom and Liberty agenda.

It's time we shut down these champions of IMMORALITY AND TRAITORS TO AMERICA... I think we're all tired of the ACLU pandering to everything from the Gay activists to those seeking the desovereignization and redefinition of right and wrong in our great nation!

Make no mistake America... The ACLU is, and should be at the top of America's most wanted list of "THE ENEMY'S WITHIN!"

... and let us not forget the 3 (Anti-American Democratic Reps. John Dingell of Michigan, Barney Frank of Massachusetts and Lynn Woolsey of California. Dems ALL.) who've said to America " We're not here to serve you "

The ACLU is like a lot of non-profit lobbying organizations. Technically, by IRS tax code, they are not permitted to be a partisan organization and tax exempt at the same time. What these shyster loy-ah MF's do is maintain a separate tax exempt corporate entity called the ACLU Foundation.

What the government, and the IRS in particular, should do, is attack the ACLU through their Foundation. If it can be proven that taxable money is being funnelled to the Foundation, then that would be grounds to revoke it's tax exempt status and the IRS could force them to pay large fines and back taxes. This could really hit these leftist communist bastards where it really hurts, in the pocketbook. Since the ACLU really cannot impose anything on anyone except through the courts I don't see other way to really hurt them, legally that is.

Now perhaps if we can convince the Arab terrorists that the ACLU is actually an Israeli funded organization and we all know there are a lot of Jewish loy-ahs that work for them ......well I think you get the point!

The Boy Scouts should revise their oath just to spit in the face of the ACLU.

On my honor I will do my best for God.
To do my duty to God and my country
and to obey the Scout Law under God;
To help other people at all times for God;
To keep myself physically strong through God,
mentally awake, and morally straight with God.

Congrats to the US House!

Now they should go one step further... Pass a new national Holiday were we all get off from work. It would be called:

National Beat The Cr@P Out Of An ACLU Lawyer Day

Only fists and feet are allowed, no weapons like knives or guns.
OK, maybe a baseball bat, but wood, not aluminum :-)
(A 7 Iron could be substituted for a bat)

Or a Scouts jamboree on the White House lawn. That would put the ACLU into convulsions.

Maybe someone could sue the crap out of the ACLU for violating the civil rights of the American people. I think that once the ACLU gets a taste of it's own medicine it might learn that it's doing more harm than good.

Its time for the fed to play fast pitch with these liberal dirtbags.

1.Tax audits.
2.Wire taps and computer taps for illicit or criminal activity.
3.Start sueing them into oblivion for harrasment.
4. Examine for enemy activity.
5. Have the Scouts sue them for violating civil rights.
6. Federal employees associated with the ACLU- just fire them. Every one of these jerks I have worked with are easy to fire.
