This is a busy time of the year for us all. Please keep Terri and her family and their efforts in your prayers and check by/bump this thread periodically and PLEASE SIGN TERRI’S BIRTHDAY CARD.
I'm not suggesting you drop this path, because at the very least, your efforts with Penton will serve as additional documentation.
What I want to suggest is that (IMO) this FReeper Operation needs another route - the equivalent of the good old fashioned phone call to a friend in high places with PULL, who knows how to really get things done. Someone("s") proven friendly to Terri's cause, who can be contacted directly, who knows what to do with this information, must see it as soon as possible
If it can be established quickly with FL government that Greer and Baird are not judges, this would render every single decision they ever made null and void, let alone make Terri's Law a moot point vis a vis a US Supreme Court review (at least directly concerning Terri's life). Remember that the SCOTUS has not yet accepted the Terri's Law case, and we really can't count on them to do so.
(Disclaimer: remember that I'm not a lawyer, so all my legal statements should be checked out by someone qualified.)
As far as I know, the following cases are still open:
1. Terri's Law in the SCOTUS.
2. Terri's religious rights in view of the Pope's statements - appeals court.
3. Greer is still sitting on the Guardianship case.
If Greer is thrown out, that may have a tremendous impact on the Guardianship case, and the other 2 cases, could be pursued on behalf of others in danger of euthanasia. The thing I think that has huge importance is that the lawyers involved with any of the 3 cases potentially can use this damning information to great effect.
Getting back to friends to be contacted (who I thought of):
1. Jeb Bush and his lawyers.
2. Jay Sekulow/American Center for Law and Justice. They have been involved with Terri's Law in the courts. 3. Virginia Delegate Bob Marshall, who made sure the feeding tube went back into Terri, after Terri's Law was passed. Delegate Robert G. Marshall. Floriduh voter, I'm under the impression that you know how he can be directly contacted???

How I admire what you have accomplished. I pretty much received the same e-mail back from her and didn't know what else to do. I will e-mail this to Jeb along with a prayer that he will either handle it or give it to someone who can.
What do you think of sending it to Greta? Maybe we can get a few people to e-mailing. Its of the utmost importance especially if SCOTUS refuses to hear her case.
I apologize for not being clear. I meant to indicate a sense of widespread knowledge of these facts within all 3 branches of Florida government.
I am more than willing to defer to your expertise, however, I am in a position to know a bit about government and politicians, and I offered my knowledge, and associated thoughts, in an effort to help out.
Those freepers knew we were stuck at the vigil and they really outdid themselves.

Judge Susan Schaefer is retiring due to illness. That's another vacancy right there.
Fla Criminal Statute 825 has been violated by judges, doctors and some lawyers in the battle against Terri. You won't see that in the mainstream media.

There's also Sean Hannity. He's shown great concern about Terri's situation and has had her parents on his TV show, and I think his radio program as well.

There's also Florida attorney Jack Thompson who, before 10/2003, submitted a legal commentary in favor of saving Terri's life.
The evidence Scoop1 has acquired from D.H. Penton/FL Dept. of State is meaty and the necessary platform to initiate a wave of FL citizen and legal community complaints.
We should start emailing them before the holidays as their boxes might be full by New Year's Day. We can send them some key Terri links.

Thank you so much for the idea. They just received my e-mail. I'm off now to e-mail Glenn Beck, and a few others. Glenn has been instrumental in Terri's fight, so if we can get through to him, we might get this aired. Wouldn't it be wonderful to bring Greer down the way Rather was brought down? Just a few good people insisting on what is right.
