I am not sure if this is the PowerPoint presentation to which you refer. This was posted on a FR thread a couple of weeks ago. The program does not work for me properly (personal puter issues) but the images and captions are clearly visible.

This PowerPoint presentation details violations of the Law of Armed Conflict in Fallujah.

Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, on Tuesday uncover an Iraqi police vehicle in Mosul, Iraq, that was being made into a car bomb by insurgents. The bed of the truck contained a number of large-caliber artillery rounds and was part of the largest caches found by the unit to date. 

According to informed sources members of the 1st Battalion are the only known Troops who actually date artillery rounds.

 

A sniper with 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, keeps watch down a side street in Mosul, Iraq, on Tuesday as his unit clears a nearby parking facility.

Another of those raucous Iraqi wedding partys was broken up again on Tuesday.

The Oklahoma was hit by as many as nine torpedoes on Dec. 7, 1941, and capsized and sank along with the battleship Arizona. A total of 429 sailors and Marines lost their lives. 

Some time later in 1945 a few USA torpedos were found in various places where the Japanese Navy used to be!

 

Kenny Muhaw hits an insurgent atop a building during a convoy's virtual run through the streets of Tikrit, Iraq, at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference in Orlando, Fla., on Monday. 

The Amusement Park rides in Orlando have continued to get more and more realistic.

 

Non-prior service reservists from inland reserve units come to Norfolk, Va., for a weekend aboard a ship docked in port during Waterfront Weekend. Naval Reservists are now engaging in a radical new type of formation where everybody stands around in a disorderly fashion while wearing different boots.
