CONSERVATIVE ALERT! STOP SPECTER NOW!
www.conservativealert Washington Times 12-24-04

Posted on 12/27/2004 11:12:07 AM PST by capebuffalo

After promising the GOP Senate leadership that he would support the President's judical nominees, Specter showed his "TRUE COLORS" when he delivered a Christmas Eve "present" to the President by suggesting to the press that "I am troubled" by the President's renomination of 20, previously and unconstitutionally filibustered, judical nominees.

Every concerned conservative needs to contact the 54 GOP Senators and "Demand that they select a GOOD CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN to chair the Judical Committee. IT'S NOT TO LATE! We won the Election! It's time for the FIRST BATTLE. STOP SPECTER NOW! He felt the pressure, but as usual he is reneging on the promise.

HE"LL BE A DISASTER!

Please don't allow Specter to become Chairman of the Judical Committee.

Go to www.rightmarch.com/1106/04 and sent your message to the GOP Senators. Even call their local offices while they're home.

Keep up the good fight! Happy New Year

Arlen Specter has been showing his "true colors" at least since the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings.

Sadly, Bush is reaping what he sowed. He (and Santorum) had the opportunity to support a true conservative rather than a baby-killing-ain’t-so-bad RINO but he failed to do the right thing.

Nevertheless, my nephew works for a conservative publication in DC and told me this weekend that Specter is within a whisker of losing this position. Another few weeks of phone calls to Pubbie Senators may push it over the edge.

There is no reason - other than cowardice - for Republicans NOT to come down like a ton of bricks on Specter. The GOP has a solid majority in the Senate and Specter has nowhere to go, even if lefties Chaffee and Collins joined him. Specter's latest comments, coming off his post-election comments, were clearly quite intentional and designed to frustrate Bush and his nominees.

Bush didn’t have the guts to support a real conservative. Does he have the guts to handle Specter now?

We need to march on Spectre and the cowardly Rino baskards behind him in the Republican party. I dont know what President Bush was doing backing this clown in Pa. and I dont know why he refuses to step in on him now. I like President Bush I like his morals, I like his family life. I like his stand on terrorism, but when it comes to doing the smart thing with Spectre and immigration his head isnt screwed on right.

Wow! I'm not certain that what I said was deserving of the ax.

I just indicated that many believe that "Magic Bullet" Specter is an establishment GOP minion and will never be chastised as severly as real conservatives believe he should be.

I believe that Specter has had an operation for a brain anuerism. It is now time to question his mental state and remove him from any important role in the Senate. (Oh, yes, I know, such mean thoughts so close to Christmas! Believe me it wouldn't bother the Democrats one whit, and it doesn't bother this Zoroastrian one bit.)

I think he is just doing what he is told to do by those who own him.

Just Like Kennedy and the Education Bill. It doesn't make sense.

Prior to the birth of Moses we had Pharaoh ordering midwives to kill the children in Goshen and soldiers to throw them in the river.

With the news of the birth of Christ Herod ordered the death of children under the age of two in Bethlehem.

Today we have the murder of all sexes of babies in almost all countries (Islam excepted).

Tomorrow is the Feast of Holy Innocents. A memorial for the children who died for Herod's evil.

There will be retribution for the evil that is abortion. World wide est 600 million since abortion began to be legalized.

Well, we know Specter. The Senater leadership knows Specter. The White House knows Specter. Evidently the Senate leadership and the White House don't view Specter the same way we do. He seems a shoe-in at this point. Wish it were different. I'm tired of spouting off about him. They know the potential downsides and have evidently decided to ignore them.

That would be a sad state of affairs. If we pound they still may get the message, or he's spinning the press.

You fool! Don't you know that "Magic Bullet" is the third most secret code phrase on FR? You could have accidentally started a hugh ping avalanche that would have taken down the entire Internet.
