Damn sorry Americans only care about themselves and never do anything for anyone else. HUGE SARCASM!

Thanks for the great photos.

Great pics. As usual, they'll only appear on FR, on the sites of Talk-Show hosts, and maybe on Fox programs. Then again, preaching to the choir worked damn well this election.

Keep up the good work.

To: filly; All

I watched a story on this on FNC this evening (many of you probably saw it). Carl Cameron was reporting from.....if memory serves......Indonesia; may even have been Banda Aceh (notorious hotbed of Islamic fundamentalism / America-hating). He made the point that polls showed that only 14% of residents there had anything resembling a positive opinion of America........but that was before the earthquake and subsequent, devastating tsunami.

He was then shown standing in front of a large mosque. He stated that they could hear the "service" inside, and kept hearing the word 'America'. As Carl stated, we're conditioned to hearing 'America' in nothing but negative terms in such places. After the service, they spoke to the Imam who delivered it and asked if he was speaking negatively about America. He looked surprised and said "Oh NO!!! Not at all!!!" Carl quoted just one sentence from that 'sermon'........wherein the Imam said something like "If America helps us once, we need to help them 1000 times out of gratitude."

I loved hearing that.....for our superb young people in the US military, more than anyone else, are showing these people who had hated us just what big hearts our people in uniform have, and what a big heart the country from which they hail has. They see helicopters swarming in with US markings....an awesome sight......yet when they land, they do nothing but bring help, comfort, assistance, aid.

This is not being lost on these people. God bless 'em in their time of need, and God bless our military folks for busting their humps for them on our behalf.
