There was a day that I would have argued with you re: the Cowboys, not anymore---especially since my city sales tax just went up to pay for Jerry's new stadium, but will my city get credit, heck no, just like all the years they have been in Irving, Texas and have been called Dallas Cowboys.

At least Irving was in Dallas COUNTY, not the new stadium, different county---

So, since you brought up the great Bud Grant, I will send some good vibes to the Vikes fer ya!!!

Although anything can happen in any single game, I expect the Bolts to win in a Bree-ze!!!!

(it's curious, though, how good a team can become when it wants a new taxpayer financed stadium)

I guess its just the two of us holding out for the Jets. I'm heading to the sports bar for the game, but I'll be happy to join you in some good clean gloating later tonight.

Who would you prefer the Jets play next week?

Which is better than the Vikings' odds so far. ;-)

In addition to all else, here's the NWS forecast for Lambeau Field on Sunday:

A chance of freezing drizzle and flurries after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 30. South southwest wind between 8 and 13 mph.

I was hoping for subzero temperatures or a good snowstorm,, it couldn't hurt Minnesota's defense much. lol

Have to root for Seattle as Hasselbeck's wife is with child, and has the guts to take on the nags on the View. How's that fora reach?

Elizabeth from Survivor? Her husband isn't Matt Hasselbeck. She's married to TIm Hasselbeck, a backup on the Redskins.
