One of Irans most influential ruling cleric called Friday on the Muslim states to use nuclear weapon against Israel, assuring them that while such an attack would annihilate Israel, it would cost them "damages only".
So much for the deterrence strategy. Now Israel's A-bomb manufacturing will move into high gear.
This Islaminut needs a demonstration of what could happen with conventional stuff to get an idea of what could happen with nuclear stuff.

I would not expect Israel to leave Iran's nuclear program in tact much longer. It is only a matter of months before Israeli planes attack -- with full backing of the US.

Somewhere there is a targeting plan that minimizes fallout in the more fertile areas, not damaging the oil fields, and yet exterminating virtually the entire population of Iran.
So, who would have such a plan? Would it be Russia, or maybe France? Hmmmm?
Could be the US or Israel, or UK maybe. Or, possibly Pakistan or India. Maybe North Korea peddles missiles to these guys in order to infiltrate spies to bring back information necessary to the carving up of this future People's Republic's province.
The possibilities are endless. All that anyone needs is some sort of pretext.
Looks like the pretext is there, eh?!

There will be damage to the islamofascist world alright! Mecca will be an uninhabitable glass bowl as will be Tehran and most of Iran. Medina, Damascus, and the Aswan high dam will probably be nailed.

IMO, this is a mortal threat. Israel would be perfectly justified in a mounting an all out pre-emptive nuclear strike against these medieval madmen. And if that should happen, we should join them.

This is why selective preemptive air strikes make sense with this crowd. Won't take out all their facilities but slow em down a tad and draw a line in the sand. Not too much Iran could do about it either.
