It's ashame the euthanistically minded Judge Greer made up his mind long ago when he decided to use Teri's case to further the goals of Euthanasia in this country.

Yesterday (2/7), Attorney David Gibbs filed a supplemental brief with Judge Greer: "Supplemental Memorandum of Law in Support of Respondents' Motion for Relief from a Void Judgement"

Gibbs wrote in his motion, "In his (Michael Schiavo's) haste to get to the business of 'protecting Mrs. Schiavo's right to die,' petitioner (Schiavo) has tried to collapse the two-pronged test for determining the facial sufficiency of a motion challenging the procedural due process afforded Mrs. Schiavo."
THE BIG ROBBERY TOOK PLACE WHEN SECRET FEE PETITIONS WERE OKAYED BY JUDGE GREER. Investigate that, State of Florida. Notice how they go for a minor infraction but ROBBING TERRI OF HER REHAB MONIES is not an infraction?????

I appreciate your view. Thanks for the added information. I am personally leery of any committees that want to make these sorts of decisions, but you're right about one thing. We've been asleep as activists for far too long. The right-to-die movement seems to be fully in the implementing stages of the game. The rest of us didn't realize there was a game in progress. Terri's case woke me up.

Michael hates the internet because he was demonized which he should be.

He won't, therefore, he is a MONSTER. I think we can agree on that.
Somebody's got to go to prison or be impeached, I don't care which happens and I don't care who the scapegoat they decide upon is.
THE STATE OF FLORIDA best find a scapegoat, prosecute them and FREE TERRI BY RETURNING HER TO HER LOVING PARENTS!
Terri breathes on her own and can communicate and her actions are purposeful. That can't be repeated enough.
NOW'S THE TIME TO VISIT the family Foundation Web Site and download everything that is doanloadable. That way, if the State suppresses the Schindler's right of free speech, we can set up another web site for Terri.

Can someone put together the info re the bill we need to be calling about and make a separate thread so it can be tagged as Florida news when it's posted? Not many well at my house right now, I can manage to email to all my contacts but not thinking straight enough at this time to put together a thread and keep it going.
