What is the sound of one hand clapping? I wasn't clapping with one hand, I had a chili dog for lunch. Sorry.

Right-handed, left thumb on top.
I think it is really an experiment to see how willing folks are to do something silly.
Waiting for results!

Thumbalina, what's the difference If you're very small? When your heart is full of love You're nine feet tall! Was it Captain Kangaroo? ..or am I drifting into the pleasant land...
Well, this was gonna drive me nuts all night, thank goodness I found it! Google led me to a lyrics page for Thumbelina, which states "featured in the biographical movie 'Hans Christian Anderson'"
AHA! It wasn't the good Captain, it was Danny Kaye! Here's the IMDB entry, Hans Christian Andersen (1952)
I remember being very, very young and watching it on the afternoon movie on TV. Probably haven't seen it in well over 35 years, but the minute you posted some of the lyrics, it popped right up out of the mists of time and embedded itself in my noggin, LOL. Memory is such an odd thing!

Left thumb on top, right handed if I am doing things with one hand, left-handed if swinging an axe or sledge hammer.

I wonder why so many right-handers have their left thumb on top? Maybe to protect the hand they use?
I don't really know, just guessing.

Left thumb, right handed. I should note that I have a vague memory of my kindergarden teacher forcing me to write right handed. I shoot left handed.

Left thumb on top and I'm right handed.
It's interesting. My fingers didn't want to clasp any other way.
