Well, I guess I'll just sit here and wait until all the terrorists are dead.
You know what they say; freedom isn't free. Long live the United States of America. It always makes me a little sad to think there are so many who do not realize what we as a nation sacrifice for others. Kinda makes me wish we wouldn't help anyone sometimes. But then I think of something as significant as the Iraqi people voting, and I realize why we do such a thankless job.

Typical. They've confused liberty with justice. What can you expect when you don't know either one?

I know this is good, although I can't quite make it out. To think I was made in France is part of it, no?

Is that supposed to be "justice" or the "Statue of Liberty?" sword + scales - crown = justice, book + torch = crown = SoL

OK, they've got lady liberty's crown with blind justice's sword and scales. Do you think, maybe, they don't have a clue what they're talking about? Lady Liberty has a torch and a tablet of law (dare I say it?) while Justice wears no crown (but she is blind, so where's the blindfold?).
Europe and the self proclaimed "liberals" are trying to imprison (or more properly ignore) both liberty and justice, in the name of "the deal." For them to try to lecture us about "house arrest" is obscene. But the children of Napoleon and Hitler could do nothing less.
While they are betraying liberty in this way we are standing with both Lady Liberty and The Spirit of Justice to affirm that ALL people, everywhere, are by rights free. Freedom is the natural state of man. Those who now oppose that notion, either directly or by obfuscation and dishonesty, are the enemies of humanity and must be dealt with accordingly. There were many Europeans who ignored that at their peril. We have had to come rescue them at great cost, more than once in the last 100 years. Their compatriots from Great Britain have been battling those same forces in Europe even longer.
Jeffersion was right. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
This is not by choice. This is a statement of sad truth. What is noble and joyful about this statement is that there are people all over the world who will lay down their lives for this cause. We must stand with them, be they our sons and daughters or our foreign friends. I will stand with a freedom loving Iraqi or Afghani against any Islamist, German or Frenchman who wants to keep them in chains.

Frankly, the more I look at it, the less I understand it. Clearly the cartoonist is angry. Either Justice is under house arrest, or the Statue of liberty is under house arrest, or . . . ?
I'm not even sure if this cartoon is intended to be anti-American.
