"The Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta is going to receive the signed bill tonight barring any hangups and there are six judges who have volunteered to accept the paperwork from the US Congress. Attorney Gibbs said that Terri's tube should be reinserted at 1:00 am or 2:00 am est."

Wonderful! You mean, it's not going to be at a U.S. District Court in Florida???? You positive? Why is it going to Atlanta? So glad to hear 6 judges willing to take it.

...please correct me if I'm wrong, but when the tube was removed 2 years ago, didn't they have to take Terri, by ambulance, to a hospital to have it re-inserted??? That's what I seem to remember, but I may be wrong...

If your point in bringing up the audio tape was what difference does it make, if Terri can't talk. I wouldn't mind a whole article on the issue, why Judge Greer will not allow any recordings of Terri. (I believe the ones they used were made during the doctor exams.) And if Michael is so concerned about Terri's privacy why did he describe in gross detail Terri's anatomy and according to him "SMELL".
Did you see the thread about Michael's comment on Larry King Live Friday? "We didn't know what Terri wanted, but this is what we want..." [CNN interview] Any possibility of a sign?
We'll see what the judge says....maybe he'll move her out of the hospice to a different place, and in the interim, remove Greer and Michael as her guardians!

Tomorrow Sean Hannity is supposed to be doing his radio show from Hospice Woodside. There's a candlelight vigil tonight right now at Michael Schiavo's fancy home by other people from the Vigil. I came home to report what's going on at Hospice Woodside. Terri's fever seems to be under control for now. It was high this morning...
Florida is not a community property state. Marital property division, if it ever should come up, would be not necessarily be 50-50. It certainly wasn't when I divorced my 1st husband here in Florida.
As long as it's not going to a judge named Lazzara, Terri's got a chance.
He was a disgrace when her case ended up in his courtroom. He gave the Schindlers' lawyers two weeks to prepare arguments. They came up with a beautiful and brilliant filing detailing the numerous violations of her federal civil rights.
He then summarily threw them out of his courtroom, saying he did not have "any jurisdiction." Didn't even look at their arguments, which he had ASKED them to draw up.
Cruel to the core.
Everyone including federal judges are on call tonight for 1 am or 2 am to get the tube put back in. If it doesn't get put back in, there will be an entire country full of angry people. The federal judges made themselves available to accept the paperwork signed by President Bush.
That was cruel, very cruel. Is Lazarro part of the Atlanta Federal court jurisdiction?
Well, he never actually answered the question of whether Terri had received a gynecological exam in the last ten years. She probably did receive exams while he was playing the "good husband" bit for the malpractice jury.
