Jeb is trying to do all he can do under his power. Do not blame this on Jeb or President Bush. Both of them have acted.... Greer has notifed all law enforcement under no circumstance is Terri to be removed.
Terri will die by weekend. Greer is the one with blood on his hand.. Greer and the whole LEFT Liberal mentality.

DCF and Felos are in a hearing right now before Judge Greer.
He's already denied their intervention. News radio is reporting it now.
That statement is wrong on so many levels.
Greer is not in charge of the cops. The Executive branch *is*.
Let Greer pay AAAAAAAALL the cops, then.
I'm saying that no one has to worry about who the Police will take orders from.

But Florida law enforcment doesn't work for Greer! How can he **order** them? Is he blackmailing them?
I think he's drunk with the power. If he ever had a conscience, he never showed it in all his rulings over the years, 100% of which were against Terri's interests and well-being. Rather than not being able to live with himself, more likely he'll think he's invincible. He's more powerful than the Governor, the State Legislature of Florida, the Congress of the United States, and the President of the United States. That makes the Swamp Judge the single most powerful man in the world.

This is what I am thinking:

Because Greer certified legally by Florida state law, that Terri had expressed the desire to refuse medical treatment if she was incapacitated, this becomes a fight not over whether Michael caused it, there is corruption in that country, or even if she was abused while under care.
It becomes a constititutional issue about the right to refuese treatment.
All the issues about injustice to Terri fall away because they say she wanted to die if she was like this.
It doesn't matter that MS has another.
It doesn't matter that she was abused.
It doesn't matter that there are conflicts of interest.
From their POV, Greer acted within the bounds of Florida law, got enough doctors to sign off on it, and found that there was enough with the statements of Michael and his family that she wouldn't have wanted to live.
Doesn't mean it's right, doesn't mean it just, just means it's legal.
Because it does deal with a protected right to refuse treatment, they probably have Jeb's hands tied. If it were not a constitutional right, or there was enough evidence to say MS perjured himself, there might be a case...but if he went in, they would turn around and take her back legally on Monday, I suspect.
Your right to refuse medical treatment and therefor die is evidently the most important right you have in this country. They sure are acting like it's the primary one.

Really? To do what? Greer has already denied Terris records be unsealed......already told police to not allow Terri to be removed. I can't believe that Jeb Bush won't use his executive power to save Terri! I and everyone I know is absolutely sick about this!
