Well, I haven't heard from top Republican leaders on this either: many are on Easter junkets. Too bad the GOP would not let "Sensible" Sensenbrenner handle the law: he has more experience in writing such legislation than those media-hungry senators.
In fact, Jim Sensenbrenner is one of the few unsung heroes of his horror. I am shocked that WI keeps electing him.

He keeps talking about the state gov't "exploiting a stalling tactic and a window of opportunity". Saying the DCF appeal triggered an automatic stay, which in his words, they didn't realize they were doing. The judge rescinded the auto stay within 3 hours.
That's all I've gotten from it.
We have one judge out of control.
What is despicable is that all the other judges rubberstamp him. These guys make the cops and docs who usually hang together look like pikers.

DCF didn't realized that they got an "automatic stay" with a window of opportunity when they filed this morning.
Felos saying that DCF would have had about a 3 hour window of time to have taken Terri into custody.
Is this possible????

The state trial courts are generally refered to as a bordello.
Trial level judges have black robe fever and do get "excited" at their level of personal power. They also are attack dogs agains anyone who challenges a judge.
Even if a judge does something bad, judges do not speak against a fellow judge. In a bad situation the most you get is judges to be silent.
