Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Sorry, I was supposed to post to all, I just hit reply to last post on list;

I found an online police/fire/ems scanner for pinellas.

Apparently the police are under strict radio silence, if I just heard right. Someone got injured outside the hospice; I haven't heard any followup yet.

I have noticed this too, except this morning on Fox & Friends the hosts were questioning several things such as why wouldn't Schiavo allow an autopsy, and why is he keeping parents from seeing Terri, and why he would not allow Terri Holy Communion today....all that adds up to even more suspicion. The emails they read this morning were all for Terri and against MS. Add Rita Cosby to the list of those supporting Terri.

The minute I heard loser Felos say that Terri looked beautiful while she is starving I wanted to puke. When I was about 10 yrs old my mom got real sick and was dehydrating...she looked scary to me-she turned gray and her tongue was all swollen and she was this way for about 5 days...she went to the hospital and was ok, but I know there is no way that without food and water for all these days is Terri looking beautiful...of course Felos is of Satan and they love death so maybe to them that is beautiful as that is HOW TOTALLY SICK AND TWISYED THEY ARE!

He has popped out once to lash out at us, in his guilt, by saying we are getting "too emotional."

Which gives me one big question, what kind of man cannot get emotional when faced with an innocent woman being starved and dehydrated, tortured, to death?

I can think of a few who couldn't, but throughout history we've either gone to war with those men to stop them, or had to hunt them down to bring them to justice.

Felos will probably be exhuberant over her radiance as a CORPSE.. This is one that they had bar from her room as soon as she's dead. He might be the kind to sexually violate corpses. Ya never know.
