yeah, it looks like the Hospice violated Federal law as well. Also, she admitted into the Hospice before there was even an order for her death. Also, the Hospice violated the law by allowing a non terminal patient into a Hospice. Will anyone pay for this? God as my witness, I hope so!
Don't waste your time. Charlie Crist isn't going to do a thing. Don't forget, Charlie Crist was a campaign contributor to Mark Shames, the judge who tried to remove the feeding tube in 1997 without telling the Schindlers. Everett Rice took John Carassas' slot in District 54 of the House of Representatives---Carassas and Rice had the ex parte communications with Greer about the case in 2003 which was the subject of the recusal motion by Pat Anderson. Carassas is an assistant attorney general under Crist and Carassas, along with Rice, was a campaign contributor to Greer. Crist boldly lied about there being any abuse complaints in the case. Charlie Crist and the AG's office is going to do absolutely zilch just as he has done.

Than how can justive be done if we shouldn't bother with Crist? I mean, he is the AG. If he doesn't do an investigation into this whole mess with terri's death than where else do we go? I say no matter what we need to keep the pressure on him even if he doesn't listen! He needs lot of pressure!!!!!!!!!

English clergyman, J.B.Phillips wrote a book entitled Your God Is Too Small, in which he accuses Christians of cutting the infinite God revealed in Scripture down to puny human dimensions. What size is your God? Does he match the infinte dimensions of the God of the Bible? Great thoughts. Have a great day , all.
Maybe a little reminder of how many people who are disabled are also voters. I'm hoping the disabled paid attention to the politicians actions [Jim King comes to mind] and vote accordingly in the next election.
However, Michael Schiavo has been ordered by the court to disclose the location of the burial site to the family and inform them of any memorial service he plans.

NO-NAME PEOPLE

A long time ago I made a promise to myself that I would, from time to time, repeat the names of some “nobodies.” Today I’m keeping that promise.
For example, let me mention the (nick)names of Slim, Low Down, Dog Man, and Lazarus. The people who went by these names were nobodies in the eyes of the world; they were homeless and mostly friendless.
Dog Man, for instance, used to walk around the neighborhood with a pack of stray dogs he had befriended. People avoided him, but the dogs hung out with him.
I am impressed with the Bible. I believe the Bible is God’s Word to us. And I am humbled that God puts names in the Bible that are mentioned nowhere else in literature or history.
The world might say those are the names of nobodies, but God makes them somebodies. The world might say, “Forget about them.” But God says, “They are mine forever.”
I don’t know, of course, if you are famous, infamous, or not famous at all. But isn’t it quite something that our names may be written in the Lamb’s book of life? (See Revelation 20:15.)
You don’t have to be famous—only faithful, and you will always be remembered by God! Dog Man died a dozen years ago. Not many people remember him anymore. But God does.
PRAYER
Father, we pray for the nobodies of this world; we pray for ourselves. Make us faithful. We ask not to be famous but to have our names in the Lamb’s book of life.
Amen.

Hi Polly. That IS good news. Where did you hear/read it?
I want to pressure Congress into looking at the State of Florida. A lot of people don't agree with me, but the investigation needs to start with Judge Greer and go up all the way to the Governor's office.
I plan to call everyone in Congress, who voted to help Terri, to start an investigation into the State of Florida. There were too many laws violated for the higher ups not to know that something corrupt was going on in Penellas County. I've started the calls, but haven't finished them. I plan to follow-up my request with letters and email.
One of the Bush Brothers was involved with the Savings and Loan fiasco a long time ago. I believe it was Neil Bush. We shouldn't give Jeb Bush a pass because he is a Republican. If he didn't do anything, except choose not to exercise the power of the Governor, then he will be exonerated, but there needs to be a Congressional investigation, if we want to have any chance at the truth.
