It may have to do with libel laws. The anti-Reagan books were also written while he was alive. Of course, Terri was a "public figure" for several years prior to her murder. And we should always call this a murder henceforth, and call her Schindler.

First, Congress must be convinced to look into the corruption. And it should start with Delay. I don't trust ANY Florida Official looking into this.

Second, protective legislation.

Third, power of the judges must be curbed.
