I believe the end times are being played out right before our very eyes. First, all of the evil inflicted on poor Terri and her horrific death, and now the beloved Pope may be dying with circumstances eerily similar to Terri's. We can console ourselves with this thought, brothers and sisters -- the HINO will get his recompense -- either in this life or the next. God will be his final judge.

The "feud" is being fueled by Michael. Despite having a common law wife and family, he refused to give custody of Terri to her parents. He kicked Terri's parents out of Terri's room in her dying moments. He won't tell Terri's parents where he's going to have Terri's ashes interred. What have the Schindler's done to him?

Refusing her a catholic burial is really weird, especially if his new girlfriend is catholic and smacks of revenge.
I hope thousands of people turn out for her Roman Catholic Mass of the Ressurection. It is awkward that the Schindlers couldn't even have their own parish priests assisting them. I don't know where Father Pavone is from, and much as I respect him, he is not exactly your mainstream priest, or am I wrong on that?
All or many the priests of that diocese ought to turn out in the name of decency to concelebrate her mass. My stepmother had at least five priests in our diocese concelebrate her funeral mass. I think it was because they were her friends because she wasn't anybody that important in the church I don't think.

None of it mattered to Terri's body. she wasn't aware of them, nor could she think a thought as to what they were, nor see them. There is nothing there to process the information.

By Michael refusing to share the burial place with her parents he is keeping this whole thing going...His atty Unfelos get up in front of the camera this morning claiming the Schindlers are keeping it going but I see it quite the other way...This is purely payback time from Michael to the Schindlers. His brother showed how the family really is...Too bad for them. If I was the Schindlers I would have my own burial. They do it all the time. There is a monument in SC where the 2 little boys who were drowned by their mom is at. That's where people go to pay their last respects. The Schindlers could do something like that and then Michael loses any power he had over them. He must feel very let down this morning knowing his last days of controlling someone else has ended. Power is great...until it's gone.
And I just wondered why you said you had been her since the beginning yet it shows you recently signed up. That's all. We've been inundated lately with little trolls from DU trying to "help" us understand the Terri was dead 15 yrs ago so I always look to see when they signed up.

Someone needs to clarify this at every chance they get. MS and Felos claimed early on that this was all about the money. And the Schindlers were just greedy. The truth of the matter was that after Terri's "accident" Terri's income was lost and MS didn't have a job, either, if memory serves. The Schinders took them into their own home and supported them for a year or more. The Schindlers were not rich people and they only asked for some financial relief after MS received a kings ransom for the care of Terri. MS refused. Couldn't help but notice he was even too cheap to buy Terri a burial plot, but instead is using an extra one belonging to his aunt and uncle,not to mention cremation is the cheaper way to go.
Did you not read? So long as the judge acted within his purvue under the law, an appeals court has no need (and no standing) to determine whether his "facts" were accurate. An appeals court could very easily say (which they in fact did in this case), "Florida law gives the judge the ability to determine her wishes based on testimony, Florida law gives the judge the ability to order her wishes be carried out, Florida law says that a feeding tube is extraordinary means of life support (a law that Felos helped pass during the Schiavo case), therefore the judge has the authority to order the feeding tube removed." That is what appeals court decisions look at, and nowhere in that discussion is one "fact" raised. Once Greer determined the "facts," no other judge ever evaluated them...
Michael treats the mother and father of Terri like total garbage, then he wants an apology. Only a complete idiot would take seriously the concept that Michael cared about Terri.
I have a question for you:
Looking at the scans shown in post #55; would Terri's brain scan look different right after the injury, from the one shown 15 yrs later?
I heard on one news report that the one shown 15 yrs later is shown because Schiavo was trying to make his case. If they showed one done while she was having therapy earlier on, it wouldn't look "so bad".

You need a brain to evaluate a CT scan. You are sadly lacking, she has cortical tissue, you are just not qualified to observe it in th scan you posted. Moreover there is literature confirming the FACT that human beings with very small amounts of cortex have IQ's above 100. Didn't know that did you shmuck?

And here's some advice, it is better to be thought a fool than to confirm it for all to see.
Maybe the Schindlers wanted that priest because they are so pro-life and thought his outspokenness would help sway public opinion.
I'm deeply disturbed that their own parish priests were AWOL through this, just following orders no doubt.
Maybe the truth will ultimately come out on that. Maybe it never will. Maybe there are things I don't know about that situation so I shouldn't form my opinion too rashly. It just didn't look good.
Is that how the catholic church (there and elsewhere) performs in volatile situations? Keep a low profile? The Vatican had just come out with some rather strongly worded statements.
None of it makes sense. The church says one thing and everybody does something different down the chain.
