Wonderful! I never thought of it that way, but TC, you keep dancing into health, wellness, and happiness, two steps at a time. We're all dancing with you, pardner.

Oh my.....big ole tears. Those two are the picture of love. I love the one of Logan wrapped in the curtain with only his feet showing. LOL. He is a real cutie.

TC, I'm so sorry about the set-back, but soldier on. I'm glad that you are going to be with family. Being settled in one place where you don't have to worry about your family and they don't have to run across country to see you will be much better for everyone. You will get good treatment in CA. Of course you will be in my constant prayers. Love you ((((((TC))))))

Update on TC's Trip!!....

I spoke to TC this morning and he sounded wonderful!! He said that the trip wasn't as bad as he had anticipated except for changing planes. That was difficult, but he did it and is now comfortable at home with Faith and Joel.

As we spoke, we was eating "Cini buns" and laughing and sounded sooooooo good for having endured that cross country trip.

He has an appointment with an oncologist tomorrow, so I'm sure he will know more after that time. It will take a while of the records to be gone through and the plan to be put in place. In the meantime, he and Faith will enjoy each other and he'll do exactly what he was sent there to do....rest and get stronger. Joel's making some changes to their home to assist TC and I told him not to get too Darn comfortable!!!........he promised to come back to Texas~!! I think they may be trying to steal his heart from this state and make him one of those California guys before it's done!! In all seriousness, Faith is the best medicine in the world for her daddy. He's where he needs to be at this time.

As I hear more, I'll keep everyone updated. I figured everyone wanted to know that he arrived safely.

Thanks, Nana, for letting us know that TC arrived safely in Californyer (that's what my dear Mom used to call it...I used to give her such a hard time...then she'd say, okay...Californ-eye-a, then). Sure TC, we know you're heart is in Texas, but with Faith is where you need to be now. She'll get you well and back home before you know it!

thanks for the excellent update. Delighted to hear that the trip was not too taxing. TC is going to heal and thrive in Faith's home and the California sunshine. He'll have a high old time out there.

I hope you Texans aren't too hard on him if he turns into "Californio Cowboy." Those Californios are great! Remember the CA cowboys who ride in the Rose Parade every year? Would anyone be surprised to see TC riding with them at the head of the parade?

Nope~ No No No!! It's not gonna happen!! TC IS the Texas Cowboy.

We'll let him ride in a parade to show CA what REAL cowboys look like, and better yet, a true gentleman Cowboy. But his heart belongs to Texas... well all except the part that belongs to Faith and her part of CA. Besides that, he's got a bunch of shootin' buddies that'll tie him up and bring him back!

You're right about the healing and thriving. It's the best for him until he gets well again. Then he's got a beautiful place with clean country air and clear night skies to enjoy.

Good to hear you made it out to the coast, Tex. I guess it's a little late to give you the "walk before you run" lecture. Settle down and work on your recovery. I'll settle down and have a chat with the Lord. He doesn't say anything to me but the moment you walk out of there, the moment I hear you're back on the boards, I'll be answered.

LOL. shouldda known better than to try to steal Texas Cowboy on behalf of the state of California. Heck, I don't even live there anymore. But I found a lot to love about it back in the '70s and '80s and I know that TC will enjoy it too.
