Lolololololol! That change of wording NEVER occured to me!
.....and maybe we could get the Crocodile Hunter to lend us a few Salt-water Croks to seed it with as a little added security to keep the 'swimmers' out.
Blimey! I think we got something here, by crackey!
Send them back by ship, and be sure to take them to the Southernmost point of their country possible!
For those from land locked area's, the air trip begins where the boat trip ends.
There are plenty of old cruise liners available for a fraction of the cost of aircraft, man them with Coast Guard and ICE personnel.
No, it goes to a suspense account. If the illegal evantually straightens out his immigration situation, he can reclaim it.
It is not illegal for foreign nationals to open a bank account in the US, or to buy property here.
The immigration laws control only where you are personally located. Guys sitting in Mexico could buy up all the property they want in the US, paying cash or borrowing the money.
It SHOULD!
But I would not be surprised to learn that the money is just kept as unclaimed.
thx
Would probably put a lot of mom and pop places out of business instantly--not my desire.
Woould rather get the Mex gov and the worst of the trafficers in human cargo.
Perhaps take 10% of the money from my last suggestion and set up factories etc. which would provide good jobs way on the other side of Mexico from our border.
But, nothing like this will happen.
The puppet masters are determined to set up 10 regional governmental bodies on the planet [NORTH AM being one--remember NAFTA?]under a tyrannical global government. They will achieve it for maybe 3.5-7 years. Thankfully, it will totally end.
The sad thing is that this, along with hundreds of other examples, contributes to the belief (which I now feel is true) that this is no longer a country of laws. When the government ignores laws, how can the people be expected to take them seriously.
When the people pass a law, and federal judges overturn them, it leads to the belief that there is no reason to even try. When public officials commit serious crimes, like perjury, or stealing and destroying classified documents, and they're given nothing more than a slap on the wrist, people lose respect for the law. When taxpayers see their tax dollars thrown away, or given to people who are here illegally, but can't get the basic government services that their tax dollars are supposed to provide, they become cynical, and lose even more respect for the government and laws.
Pretty soon, you wind up with what's for the most part, two seperate societies. One within the law, and one outside of it. Eventually those two societies will begin to battle with each other.

Several posters have mentioned going after the corporations that hire the illegals, but I'm not sure just how far that idea would go.
What's happening-in my area anyway, and probably in yours-is that the corporations are actually hiring temporary services, and it is the temp services which actually hire the illegals.
Temp services hire just about anybody they can get:good people down on their luck, parolees, and people with "brand new" Social Security cards that don't match anything Social Security ever issued.
Illegals register with several temp services,so they can get in plenty of hours. The temp agencies provide van transportation to the job sites (cost deducted from the workers' pay),and they have "no-questions-asked" arrangements with check cashing services-all of which are more than happy to sell the worker a money order (un giro)so some of the proceeds can be sent to the folks at home.
After a while - assuming the temp employer even bothers to submit SS and IRS data on the illegals - the shiny new SS cards "go sour"...at which time, the illegal produces another one , and becomes Pablo Sanchez, instead of Julio Escobar.
As you can see from this, the most satisfactory solution (from a taxpayer standpoint) is to repatriate the "intending immigrant" before he/she has a chance to burrow into our vulnerable skin !
Trust me on this. The reason more Centrasl Americans and others aren't deported is that the Feds are too lazy to coordinate efficient chartered air flights back to the holes that spawned them
Mexicans are not being trapped and released into the United States. They are sent back to Mexico where they try again.
**** Once they get in deep past the border they are home free. There is minuscule interior enforcement these days.
Corporate America claims to be Republican or Democrat...or anything else that seems useful.
Its only real allegiance is to its own interests;which, I suppose, is the way things should be.
I guess you wouldn't consider a free fire zone. Bet that would put a stop to it pretty fast.
PC, it's worth noting bullets can fly in more than one direction !
There have been reports of shootings -along the Mexican border - by coyoteros, drogistas, etc. - in which Border Patrol officers have been targeted.
If Mexicans are sent back immediately, there are still far too many of them in the "illegal mix" : more than can be accounted for by simple "holes-in-the-fence" reasoning.
Could it be,while the patrols are concentrating on certain sections,a "virtual gateway" is being set up in other sections by people on this side of the border, who are in a position to control patrol "territories" ?
It's not a particularly comforting thought, but the rewards for such misconduct would be enormous !
And,yes: I do hope this thread is looked at !
Here's something less than reassuring:

Border Patrol agent and brother indicted on smuggling drugs across the border.
Smuggling aliens can be just as remunerative...
