This story reminds me of the movie Single White Female. The bad girl does this to the leads boyfriend before she drives a stiletto heal into his eye.

When I was 16 I bought one of those advertised rape whistles and stood on Hollywood blvd. and blew it for over 2 hours and the damn thing was a total failure!

"Norway thinks you are wrong. So do I."
It would be imposible for a woman to rape me!

This happened in my city, Bergen.
What's missing from the summary is that the other guy in the room was taking pictures. And the victim is a married man.
I guess that explains why the incident was reported. Once the wheels of justice were set in motion, a rape conviction was the only possible outcome under the gender-neutral law.

My stash house got busted. The guy watching my weed rolled over on me.

You can't rape a man. Rape is a very subtle thing, so much so, that you may not even realize it at the time. Ask Kobe's accuser. She didn't think she was raped until she discussed it with her mother.

Hm, the local Bergens Tidende doesn't mention the picture element either. But it does write this (my transl.):
"The court finds it proven that the 23 year old women knew that her friend (31) was asleep when she performed oral sex on him. The woman's boyfriend was also present during the abuse, and the judges think there is much to indicate that he initiated the incident."
It also says that the victim (or whatever) was wakened buy the abuse (or whatever). He immediately rushed out of the flat and once home, told his fiancé what had happened.

Yes you can!
A mature woman that fiddled with a young boys "equpiment" and until she got a reaction was convicted of raping that boy!

"there have been cases of women drugging men and taking advantage of them. while its very rare, its still possible."
Sadly, I too suffer greatly from this reoccurring fantasy!!!
Although I doubt he suffered any trauma, I never find rape funny, esp. when rape of a woman in Norway gives about 2 years in jail with a maximum of 12
Sorry, folks. Myself being married...
If someone tried this with me who wasn't my Wife, I'd make her life a living hell, legally and publicly.
I just have this disgust towards people who mess with married folks.
(I know, it takes two to tango. But personally, I don't dance. Ever.)
