He won't be caught by that DA. I guess we'll see if the DA is reelected, my guess is he won't. I know if I was next elected DA, after this case, I'd think twice before bringing another case to trial.

And now, Michael Savage has some analysis of the Michael Jackson verdict.

Yeah, what was with that idiot lady with the white doves? I mean, what kind of people do this kind of stuff. I am seriously worried about the common sense of my fellow man.

So what will you replace prosecutors with? Or will you?

I am as shocked as everyone else on this thread by the verdict. I'm taking bets on how soon MJ leaves the US to reside in a country that will look the other way to his addiction.
I just reread my last sentence...and laughing hysterically....this country did look the other way...I mean where he can further molest children and the country will look the other way. Oh you know what I mean...

IMO, there was a vast level of difference in the level of evidence presented in the OJ case and this one. While there is overwhelming evidence that MJ is a freak worthy if universal disdain and condemnation, the main evidence that he committed the specific criminal acts charged apparently came from a family of professional liars and scam artists.

I make an informed prediction -

Jurors will now start using "jury nullification" in many more trials -

OJ & MJ and this jury have changed trials forever -

Trials for "hate crimes" and involving interacial crimes will now see many defendants walking away - "Reasonable doubt" will grow and grow -

Between radical federal judges and SCOTUS and the Massachussetts Supreme Court bending over for homosexuals and deviants have set the stage for American citizens to spit in the faces of courts and judges and the PC nutjobs -

I believe there were a number of jurors that had close personal contacts with Michael Jackson -

Defense and prosecution attorneys and judges will now find it impossible to weed out those 1 - 2 - jurors that will finally insist "not guilty" when the day ends - "Reasonable doubt" will grow and grow -

I will not elaborate - but I think everyone will get my drift on this -

Michael Jackson's career is dead in the USA now - and any TV networks or concert promoters or radio stations that play any of his music will die with him -

His debts are higher than any can imagine and it is likely the Beatle's Songbook will be sold - Neverland Ranch costs over 20 times more to maintain than Jackson can bring in -

Today's verdict will hurt the liberals and left wing judges more than you can possibly believe -

Jackson and his supporters have set back 12% of American citizens over 130 years -

MJ's face will soon look more like Dorian Grey turning to dust -

Civil settlements coming up - he cannot hide from paying off like OJ has -

"Reasonable doubt" will grow and grow - and the courts will not be able to retry many acccused persons and many jurors will be more likely to either refuse to convict or will refuse to say "not guilty" -

If judges are worried now - they better have a few stiff drinks - their day is over - up to the highest levels -

"I agree...completely. I am actually stunned by this verdict."

Don't be. Have you ever been to Santa Barbara? A walk down State Street will show you how unlikely it would have been to get a conviction. Radicals abound; this is the county that elected Lois Capps to congress.

Agree or disagree with this?.....

My wife used to work for the local EMCU here in Wichita.

About the only way you can get a verdict is by admission or by getting caught.

Accusations don't count.

I believe that he is guilty.

That being said, reasonable doubt is what keeps every one of us free...

At least this thread wasn't pulled ten seconds after being posted....

What the hell IS it with California juries and celebrities? First OJ Simpson walks on two counts of homicide, and now Michael Jackson gets away with multiple counts of child molestation and providing intoxicants to a minor! Does someone's celebrity status render them immune to the law in the Land of Fruits, Nuts and Flakes? If Jackson had committed his offenses in say Nebraska or Texas, or any place else in the REAL United States, he would have gotten what he deserves: a 6 x 9 cell and a brute of a Hell's Angel named "Bubba" as a cell mate to pimp him out to the gang bangers for smokes!

I wonder if those jurors are going to be able to sleep when Jackson offends again (and you know he will, look at his history)? As it is, Jacko is probably going to go back to Neverland, and have a "slumber party" with the poor child of some imbecilic fan. Someone with an ego as big, and an intellect as small, as Jackson will think he's untouchable, will offend again, and this time, I pray that God will help Jackson's victims....the legal system sure won't!

like one lawyer said on Fox, maybe they should give California juries an IQ test to qualify

Probably a great idea. Although I agreed with the Peterson jury's verdict, none of them seemed to be rocket scientist material.

Just as I figured..not guilty. DA never had a case. The parent was a wacko, drifter, committed earlier acts of fraud on record and should have her kids taken away.

Thumbs my nose at all those in the black community who called the all white jury racists. Who's the racist huh huh huh? All of a sudden the black community takes Jackson into their fold when before they earlier trashed him as white. Opportunists all the way around. Interview those that called this jury racists. I want to see their responses.

The DA never proved a case. Easy case for a real unbiased person. Is he strange..yes? Can't be convicted on rumor and hearsay. No..Jackson is just a Freak when compared to what is considered to be Normal. Any parent who trusts their kids with him is a freak to even take the chance. Commons sense dictates.

Arrest the parent and take away her kid or kids.

So, the Jackson family claimed that they were sexually assaulted by a security guard. The Jackson family claimed spousal abuse against their husband, charges later proven to be false. The Jackson family has filed lawsuit after lawsuit because apparently, everyone in the world has it out for them?
