Considering the NYTimes track record of supporting and defending communism, communists and communist spies (as so brilliantly described by Ann Coulter in "Treason"), they have a lot to worry about.

I guess their love of communism trumps their alleged support of the upward mobility of blacks.

No, she said all this awhile ago - it is what got her nomination filibustered. Now she is on the ladder to the SCOTUS and not a moment too soon. Let's hope that she gets a few of those cases that make her a household name for people with commonsense - say a parental rights or voter rights case, which lays bare the underbelly of the all knowing, all consuming, all powerful state bureaucrats.
