I watched it last night as I was working on a work PC. The "badges" quote was about #40 on the list.

Oh yea, Yul Brenner in the Ten Commandments.

No quote but just thinking about Edward G. Robinson as an old Roman with a new york accent in that movie makes me laugh. Better yet, was Billy Crystal doing Robinson from that movie. Hysterical.
