UPDATE: MSM PCs under attack - CNN, NYT, ABCNEWS - It's not Zotob; spreading fast! Update virus defs NOW!
Live on CNN right now ... Most PCs running Win2000 or older are now dead at MSM locations all over NYC, as well as some PCs at CNN Atlanta, and it's spreading.
Suspecting Zotob, but not 100% certain.

This exploit is only for Windows 2k. For whatever reason a registry key was set the wrong way by default only in Windows 2k, allowing this to happen. So far so good on my network. I started blocking the port this thing uses to spread itself last night when I first started hearing about this.

It isn't fun man. LOL Remember that big one a couple years ago? My computer was among the first to get it. Couldn't figure it out until a report on MSNBC was talking about it. So MSM has helped me out some..... hehe
