Thank you all for your prayers, for we have had a victory today! The judge canceled supervised visitation for my brother and he can now be with them during the daytime on weekends. Also, Angela was ordered by the judge to undergo psychological testing.
My Dad says that Angela does not look good - dressed inappropriately, face puffy, etc., and that her lawyer was not prepared.
From here, we wait until all the psych evals are finished, and then the judge will review the findings and decide who should have custody. This will take some time. I have passed along all the very wise advice you have given me, and Eric said he will ensure that another adult is with him whenever he sees the children. And if he does not keep a diary, I will give him a very big pinch!!! :)
Thank you so much, my dear brothers and sisters, for laying my niece and nephews best interests before our Great Lord! I will keep you informed of any further developments. May you each have the best of holidays, and your heart's desires!

That was definitely a good suggestion, that your brother include a third adult as a witness, perhaps a minister or social worker of his aquaintance.

Thanks for giving me more to be thankful for!Our community of Believers in FR constantly amazes me, for truly we share each others burdens. I have never been to a church that could claim the same. God bless you, my friend!

If feel for you. I went through this with my ex. I signed over everything; house, car, furniture. I left with a box of leftover dishes and cutlery. I had a visitation agreement which she spent five years frustrating including bringing in a Child Psychologist.
I had the Police called on me on trumped up charges and her father and three brothers showed up at one visit and threatened to beat the crap out of me.
For some reason love can very quickly turn into hate if your partner is mentally unstable.
Prayers for you brother and good luck.

And the Lord's great blessings for you and yours...including a good job for your hubbie!

I hope your situation has been resolved, for so many of us have shared similar anguish. Thank you so much for your prayers, and may the Lord heal your every hurt...
