And McCain thinks he can be Prez? Is there a conservative alive who will support this/ him? McCain seems OBLIVIOUS of the fact that he won't get the Repub nomination because of things like this.

How about speeding up the process for LEGAL immigrants who have been stuck in 'wait' mode since the INS slowed down processing to a crawl. How about doing that first? Or, we could simply stop all immigration from anywhere until those poor, overworked people at INS get caught up on their work.

Kennedy and bipartisan should never occur in the same article.

Illegal immigration is going to cost America. It is going to completely change the landscape of America. English will become a second language. Spanish will become the primary language. The Republic as founded, will perish. We are getting out numbered by the day. I feel in my life time, I'm 54, that severe damage will cost this country. It's already happening. I knew a woman in South Florida who worked in an office for a long time. She got a spanish speaking boss who decided everyone needed to be bilingual. She was the only non-hispanic there. He gave her 1 month to learn spanish. Two weeks later he called her and started speaking spanish. She responded (in spanish) "I'm sorry. I'm learning how to speak spanish. Let me transfer you to someone who can help you better." She transfered him and he walked out of his office and fired her.
I read of an elementary student who was denied entrance to a public school because they teach half the day in english and the other half in spanish and she only spoke english. I believe this was in Ohio.
We might as well face it, our country is dying and our politicians have more in common with Dr. Kevorkian than they wish to admit. The only questions that remain are: when, precisely, will we die? And Where shall we go to set up shop once the socialists have complete control of our land?

Even short of life support. It is strangling on socialism and is dying, dead, and gone. The ones who refuse to believe that will be in for a hard time when the truth finally is realized. I think the Republic is going down. In 20 years or so, you will not be able to recognize the United States of America. It will not be as founded.

Yes, and yes.
Hillary vs McCain? You will have many of the same people who DESPISE this man, like I do, singing his praises to the heavens. I wouldn't, but then again I'm not a Repub. I am an independant conservative just for races like that one.

Is there a connection between alcoholism and open border policies?
Drunks Bush and Kennedy both seem to share the same lust to bring as much of the third world, as quickly as possible, into our homeland.

You really can get your point across without "going there."
Not that I am the biggest fan of either of these men, but there is just no reason to go that low.

Point taken. Let me rephrase:
Is there a connection between weak English-language skills and open-U.S.-border policies?
Presidents Fox and Bush...

I believe so yes. Bush and his other buddy that he trusts (besides Meiers)have completely screwed the American people over on the border issue.

Ted Kennedy must stay up night trying to figure out yet another way to stick it to this country.
At the mention of McCain, the words "Manchurian candidate" and "creepy" pop into my mind.
