I never misunderestimate Pat Roberts. Here is Rockefeller, he of the disgusting "here is how we can trick them" memo, which, as Senator Roberts pointed out, came to fruition today. Roberts says they have an agreement and have been working on it. Rockefeller says they now have an agreement because of this stunt. Your pleas to the other side are going unheeded, Senator Roberts.
