Why are we even having this conversation. WMD is not defined as only one item. We have found tons of WMD!

That's a big win for DeLay getting a new judge. I can almost see ronnie earle having a fit and throwing things on his desk across his office, cursing a blue streak. he thought he was going to have a roast DeLay fest with a fellow buddy-buddy liberal democrat judge. NOT!!! 8) With a new Judge, likely an impartial Judge, now being over DeLay's case, I expect that not too long from now the indictment will be thrown out, as the money in question was not illegal in nature, so could not be laundered, and because the law being used to indict did not exist until two years after the alleged crime was committed, and that the evidence of conspiracy has been admitted as having been "lost" be earle's office, thereby proving a total lack of substantiation of the charges filed against DeLay, mking an indictment contrary to obvious facts in evidence.

When this happens, it will further destroy any claimed legitimacy by democrats, and effectively destroy their '06 campaign strategy to criminalize conservatism with their quaint mantra "culture of corruption". They'll keep using it for the next year of cours, because that's the dog they've chosen to hunt, but after DeLay is proved innocent and restored as Majority Leader, it will effectively neuter that catchy little cliche'.

Since the same intelligence used by Bill Clinton and EVERY current Democrat Senator in 1998 to justify bombing Iraq was part of the Bush Admins Intelligence brief used in 2003, please explain to me how "Bush lied" and YOU ALL did NOT?

If anyone LIED to us it was Bill Clinton and the Democrat Leadership when they developed this Intelligence in 1998. When can we expect the letter of resignation from the Democrat Senate Leadership over this "lie"?

Yeah it was a weak interview. I wish Hannity would have asked nelson why he's a democrat if he's so "pro-life", when the democrat party is dedicated to the murder of babies on demand. If nelson is really pro-life, I would imagine that he would have to share other conservative values, and he is selling out those values by being a democrat. I seriously question his "pro-life" comittment. Pro-life legislation rarely comes before the Senate, so it is easy to say you are a pro-life democrat in a red State, when you really aren't, but need to say it to stay in office in a red State.
