Only 3% of precincts reporting at this time.

. . . 74 percent favored the ban while 26 percent were against it In other words, it was "controversial" and "divisive."

Judging by their editorials in the past few weeks, the Houston Chronicle must be deeply saddened.
I did vote today, but they changed my precinct location without notice, and instituted electronic voting for the first time.
It made for some long lines.

Yep. 76% is a landslide in anyone's book but now the great equalizer's in the Judiciary will circumvent the will of the People.

The Dems must have been really despirate as they were stealing every Yes on Prop. 2 yard sign put out. Too bad no one caught them stealing the signs and photographed them grabbing the sign. It would be funny to publicize the photo so all of their straight friends could have some fun ribbing them about being a "homo." ;)

To everyones surprise (NOT) Travis county voters rejected the prop. by 60 %. Wake up Travis county! Also voters against the prop. considered it a victory just because it was on a state wide ballot.

Pro-gay marriage voters hope for a national referendum that would require 38 states to pass it into federal law. We better get ready for that one!
