Is it true that Judge Alito is seeking all Chapaquidic investigative documents for a legal review of Senator Kennedy's culpability in the drowning of Mary Jo Kopeknic?

These are the private papers of William Rusher who used to be editor of National Review. He's given his permission for the papers to be turned over to the committee.

I understand from a TV commentator that it's learned the papers have no connection with Judge Alito at all.
