I would think the guy revealing it shouldn't be talking about it either. That information should still be classified. If it is classified, he'll most likely get in trouble.

I reread the article, now that I registered.
I think he made it all up.
He said his job was doing background investigations:
"Evett conducted background checks on Air Force personnel applying for top-secret clearances, did criminal investigations within the Air Force and headed global narcotics investigations."
That sounds like it mostly entails desk work, talking to people, doing computer searches, checking criminal files, checking people's finances, whatever.
Now if you really wanted to test the president's security, would you call in some Special Ops guys, who work in the field, or some guy, who spent most of his life tapping on keyboards and holding a pencil.
When something doesn't make any sense, it most likely isn't true.
I can't believe the OCR published this, and with such sensational title, yet. And the writer admitted there is nothing to corroborate any of it.

It didn't bother me that much because I read further into the article. Now, if I'd had to pay for it... ;)

That's not what the story headline leads you to think. What a cheap hook.Fer sure. Now, I have no idea what the poster's intentions were, but I really get uncomfortable any time this subject comes up, given that we live in world where f&())*ing psychos like Howard Dean get face time on national television. I pray all the more for the President's safekeeping when I read this crap. Not because in itself it's anything other than crap, but because it floats ideas.
