This was a private hearing, and there's been no mention on any local tv or radio news stations. There's been a lot of other things happening locally today.

Terri was a human being, not just a news story but at year end, she ended up with more awards & mentions than Amerika's evil Judge Greed(r). The pitiful part of the story is that she is famous for being murdered instead of for being rescued.

Part of her legacy is that families know up front what a tough battle they face. How could we have believed what nonsense -- and ultimate terrible end! -- the Schindlers faced trying to get the truth out about Terri?
