Can Joe Biden even receive a vote in this thing, since he spent eleven minutes without an interrogatory?

Arlene Specter's question was the stupidest because he should know better. He blathered on and on about Roe vs. Wade this morning until I thought I'd SCREAM!!!

Schumer's rambling about somebody's mother-in-law was pretty bad.

Just wanted to say that i was particularly offended when Chuckie Schumer held a copy of the U.S. Constitution up in his hand --- as if he and his ilk have a clue about it's contents.

I've got a dumb question myself. Why are these "hearings" ALWAYS about abortions when abortions aren't even discussed in the U.S. Constitution. This 'RAT abortion litmus test just isn't cutting it.

And here I was in the middle of a root canal, judgement cloudy and all. My over all impression was that while Judge Alito remained calm and coherent, I never did hear a yes/no answer at the same time I didn't hear any yes/no questions. Oh, the formalities. Hard to spin the no-spin.
