Unless you intercept a ball, try to get up, and fumble it.

Actually the ground can cause a fumble, but only if you hit the ground in such a way that you're not down.

Denver safety drops a sure INT, Steelers keep the ball and will kick a FG.

Right. Do you remember how many reviews there were in the 2001 AFC title game?!

Not bad for a possession that started inside their own 10.

Those three points could be huge. Denver should have had that INT.

The Pats and Steelers both got screwed in that one. Cowher and Belichick each used both of their challenges that day. It was a long game.

2 Ints. and a fumble, yet 3 to Pittsburgh. This luck has GOT to run out soon.

Oh that's right. And then for this season they decided that if a coach is right on both his challenges (ie call over ruled) he gets a third. Fear the day we have 6 challenges, that's a crew that'll get fired for sure.

Wasn't the 2001 AFC game the tuck rule in the snow game? (Pats/Raiders)

Re: my Steelers 28 - Broncs 27 prediction...

Now Steelers 3 - Broncs 0

Looks like the Steelers will need to make another field goal and three touchdowns with one 2 point conversion for me to be right...

Primarily falling down not as a result of contact. A few other random circumstances you can come up with.

Jake sloppy with the ball, should never fumble when tackled from the open side, supposed to see the guy coming and coverup.

He hasn't had to play from behind very much this year. The Steelers need to make him do just that.

The Patriots defense played well last week but the one thing they didn't do much of was pressuring Plummer to force some turnovers. The Steelers defense is off to a nice start.

I would love to see that! Unfortunately, I don't see Seattle making it past the Panthers. Hope I'm wrong.

My WA state family are so excited, along with a coupla million other WAshingtonians.
