Yes it has and to top it off, I read here today that Stevens said he wants to retire under a Republican president since he was appointed by a GOP POTUS!
Now is the time, Justice Stevens, to come to the aid of your party...lol.
The question is what percentage of the Islamic world adheres to "radical Islam", and if it's a large majority (as I fear), it's mainstream Islam, but still "radical" in terms of the rest of the world. Radical Islam is a redundant phrase.

I'm replying to you filbert, somewhat at random, but you have said it well. I usually can't stand these types of speeches, and hubby's no fan of this stuff (unless there is some crisis), but Bush caught and held our attention tonight and it was a beautiful thing to watch him put the finger in the eye of his opponents tonight.
Bush has his faults, to be sure, but letting the turkeys get him down and the morons push him around aren't amoung them.

I hope you caught Chris Wallace a bit later talking about the lunch for media that the President gave today. He had wonderful things to say about the Prez and his demeanor as did Brit Hume. There are some honest folks out there and it does make one feel a bit better :)
Why did the 'Rats play the Eyebrow card instead of having their alleged new "star" Barack Obama give the response? I think it's because they know GWB is kicking the crap out of all of them and they saw no reason to let anyone but a rookie take on mission impossible.
