2 tablespoons of peanut butter every morning, for me. Goes great with coffee.

Yuck!!! That's right up there on the list of "weird things some people do".

I don't see anyone on this thread making fun of Catholics. I see some Baptists poking fun at themselves.

don't "yuck" me, mister! :`)

It's great - excellent protein, and gives my low blood-sugar level a quick boost. The bad thing is the calories - 100 cals per tblspn

"Yuck"...you must have kids.

Don't give up FR. If you had given it up last week, I would have missed your reply of why I should give up my soap. I am the queen of justification and it burns me every time.

Peanut Butter.

What's your favorite kind?

I love the stuff too - and always crave it when I have a cold. But - it has to be gourmet peanut butter - preferrably freshly ground in the store. Darn, I'm getting spoiled living out here!

;0)

For cutting down salt on a longterm basis, try Indian food - flavor is based on heat, spice, and sourness (yogurt) - no salt needed. We're talking homemade, here. But you're trying to make a sacrifice, right?

Nothing, I'm not Catholic.

Okay, okay... I'll refrain from torturing my users for a day.
