I suppose on this thread it goes without saying, but I'll say in anyway...BOYCOTT THE OSCARS tonight.
I want the ratings for this year's program go into the toilet (where most the nominated movies belong). I won't waste my money to see the films, my electricity to watch the Oscars, or my time watching to witness Hollywood's self-adulation fest.
Pass it on...

It isn't worth it to me to get all in a huff because someone dares think different of me. Especially if the movies are interesting. I would rather see an interesting movie with a liberal bent any day of the week than a boring conservative one.
The other night, someone mentioned a targeted boycott of advertisers for Oscar or any other MSM alphabet to make a point.
Another idea might be to refuse to go to the movies next weekend, and to send a one word emphasis e-mail to major studios and media: enough.
Enough of the rant by people who claim tolerance and live under such protection.
Enough of the trashing of American values.
Enough of the besmirching of Main Strett thinking that pays their salaries.
Enough of the approbation given by ordinary people doing heroic work while they whine about the hardships of their 'difficulties.'
I have had enough, and know enough not to give them any more of my hard earned money, which I definitely need more than they.
