For those freepers who pray, am requesting prayer for my 12-yo daughter who was in a bike accident yesterday afternoon. She has been diagnosed with damage to her pancreas and moved to pediatric intensive care.
We don't know yet the extent of the damage. There are two scenarios that lead to surgery and one that leads to hospitalization and watching and letting her recover on her own. So we're praying for that but we just don't know at this point.
Her mom is at the hospital with her, they spent the night in the emergency room and as mentioned have now been moved to ped intensive care.
They will be doing a test shortly to assess the extent of the damage, we should know more after that.

Praise God for the good report!! That*s great news. I will continue to pray for her total recovery with no long term problems. I will pray for you and your wife too. Once you get her home, you*ll be able to get some rest. Keep us posted.

I'm so glad the news is good so far!
Just a few quick words:
I've been intensely busy and right now am on my way back up to the hospital.
At this point I'm expecting to be reporting more good news later. I'm not sure whether I'll manage a fuller report tonight, but I'll do my best to do so either tonight or tomorrow.
