Well, in a way Bush set himself up for this when he positioned himself to speak for The Religion Of PeacePieces. Now Iran is saying "OK Bush, you wanna be a Mullah too?" Bush would have been far wiser to say that he had no idea what Islam was, but that he was not going to tolerate warfare on the West -- no matter the profferred reason -- period.

Could be the point. Farah of WND reported on some Whitehouse intelligence briefing regarding the "in the works" North Korean avian flu biowarfare and right after that we read that Porter Goss resigned and an Airforce General with military intel & NSA background is slated to take the helm.

If you recall, there was a very high meeting shortly after 9/11 of all the major network honchos and some high level intel/NSA types to plan a course of action if/when it is deemed necessary to utilize airtime coverage in the WOT. Well, it appears there is some usage in getting the general public aware in the soft sell mode. I would imagine more folks are starting to stock up on basics but that will be a drop in the bucket if the H2H transmission is forced while at the present 55% mortality of this virus. It will turn our clocks back 2 centuries if it hits without major attenuation. Even if it has attenuated 50% it will still devastate humanity well beyond the 12% mortality of the 1918 flu.

Interesting read, but for me at least, a rambling read.

Iran is certainly unpredictable. Yes, there are certainly folks in Iran that believe that it is their duty to destroy the infidels. There are also quite likely a number of people who realize from an "outside the box" perspective that Iran if it attacks Israel/US/Iraq with a WMD that Iran would very probably be attacked with nuclear weapons, attacks that would forever not only change the world, but mean Iran as we know it would cease to exist.

I believe that Iran will not be allowed to continue to develop its nuclear program in the manner currently being developed. Just a guess, but I would expect some sort of non-WMD attack in the next 4-12 months.

Although warning fatigue has long since set in, the current flurry of messages from Al Qaeda and their affiliates, combined with the activity from Iran is certainly cause for heightened concern.

Frankly I hope the guy is just spouting rhetoric. I think we need to pay attention though.

We are in agreement. Revelations says that the final war will take a toll of 2 billion lives. I am sure a portion will be Christian. I am not one of those who think that all of us will be raptured away before the tribulation. Revelations says a great crowd without number become Christian after the tribulation. If all the Christians are gone from earth, who will preach to them during? God talks about the recreation in Revelations as does Christ during His gospel. Whether this earth survives after the 1,000 year reign of Christ is open for speculation as scripture only says that God spreads His tent over mankind indefinately meaning our species will never go extinct. Thier is plenty of scripture that talks about the resurrection of man back to earth, man working toward a more perfect state etc during the 1,000 years. Glad you live in faith rather then fear as I do my brother, I just was simply stating that much of the Christian religions preach on fear rather then the Kingdom of God. The angels said they were brining good tidings to man in regards to the tribulation. Not that the tribulation itself is good, but rather the outcome after it is over.

There's no reason to believe that they don't have a nuke, but I'm convinced that this goes beyond a single use weapon.

He believes, (and maybe rightfully so), that he has the nation of islam. This is the true jihad for him, the end that he is intent on bringing about.

He behaves like AH did in the late 30s. He's serving some "higher purpose".

How many more warnings is he required by his demon-god to send? I think two more. That's the point at which action will begin, and I'll not be surprised if the sunburn missiles have shiny new tips.
