"Sen. Christopher Dodd said Monday that he is gearing up for a possible run for president, announcing plans to travel the country, raise money and hire staff in an effort to garner support."

He said "he is considering a run for president because constituents are telling him that the country is going in the wrong direction and politicians often seem blind to their concerns.
"'Families are under incredible pressure,' he said. 'They're working less and paying more. There's a sense the challenges they face are unprecedented.'"

He could stir up support among waitresses who wish to be sandwiched between himself and a self-indulgent, fat slob.

Dodd told the newspaper that he is considering a run for president because constituents are telling him that the country is going in the wrong direction and politicians often seem blind to their concerns. Maybe he should talk to mainstream Americans and not his leftwing wacko base. But then he'd be hearing things he doesn't want to hear.

Unprecedented? In comparison to World War II? The Great Depression? World War I?
He's too historically illiterate to be President.

No. He's a big commie lib and a drinking companion of Ted Kennedy's. But if he runs or if he doesn't, you won't hear that in the MSM.

On FR nearly everybody gets called a "RINO" eventually. Even a democrat like Dodd!!I'm waiting for the post where someone labels Ronald Reagan a RINO. Maybe it's already happened.

His chances... Slim and None. And Slim just left town. I don't think slim was ever anywhere in the vicinity of town.

Go DODD GO!!!
He would be certain to loose. The Primordial Rino, before his outright conversion.
