I wonder if newsbusters will pick this up. According to that idiot Scarborough no one is rushing to the microphones to talk about success in Iraq because they don’t really know why it’s better and also that it’s not that we are really winning, it’s that al-Qaida lost by being mean.

Get that, folks, we don’t really know why things got better in Iraq (although Gen. Petreaus has explained it in detail), and we didn’t really win this anyway, had nothing to do with it.

Appropriate that the “O” in his logo has big old stains on it.

Well glory bee! John Fund told a national audience (even the tiny MSNBC one), that illegals getting drivers’ licenses means they get voter registration cards. And dumb dumb Joe saying he hadn’t thought of that ramification.

BULL HOCKEY DOO DOO! Allowing illegals to vote is # 1 priority of Democrats....just ask Al “Re=inventing Government” Gore!!

And finally someone said Hillary doesn’t need 50% to win.

I’m listening to Obama now on Schmoo (I couldn’t remember what channel Today was on, it’s been so long since I’ve seen it), and his position sounds no different than that of the Administration.

He repeats the false story of Bush and Cheney rejecting Iran’s offers of help in Iraq.

A lot of publicity about Barak Osama using the Jimmy Carta strategy with Iran. Don’t think that’s going to play well other than with the base. i saw a poll where over 50% think we should attack Iran. Of course Mika and the Carta administration survivors don’t want another success there.

Joe's stated that most of the young Iranians want to be more like us. I agree. Just how leaving the Moolas in charge is going to accomplish that?

I saw a clip of President Bush yesterday finally taking it to Congress for doing what MoveOn.org and Code Pink want instead of what is right. That made Speaker Pelosi have to come out from her hole and respond. My only question is why did it take so long Mr. President?

Happy Friday.

David Hinckley...”Don Imus is returning to radio”...Friday, November 2, 2007...NY Daily News

Don Imus is officially back. Now the real fun begins. Imus remained silent, as he has since April, fueling anticipation about what he will say.

“I think his intent is to let it all out during that first show,” said WABC program director Phil Boyce. “It should make for very interesting radio.”

Imus’ 6a.m-10a.m. WABC show, which will be syndicated nationally, replaces the successful Curtis Sliwa and Ron Kuby show. Boyce said, “The opportunity to get a host like Imus is just something you can’t pass up.”

Imus will be joined by his longtime sidekick Charles McCord. Boyce declined comment on whether controversial producer Bernard McGuirk will be part of the show. There have been reports McGuirk will return at first in a nonspeaking role.

Boyce said Imus should bring more advertising to WABC. Imus’ show reportedly earned up to $20 million at WFAN - almost as much as all of WABC.

Boyce said Sliwa will remain at WABC in an unspecified slot. Kuby said he was told Thursday not to come in Friday.

I watched Chris Matthews on tonight’s HARDBALL interview Bush speech writer, Michael Gerson. Matthews totally exposed his hateful, untrue beliefs of Bush and Cheney, and this guy let him get away with way too many speeches. But..

this guy did the best job I’ve heard of debunking most of Mattthews’ stupid rants. I recommend watching the replay and or reading the transcript.

Gerson’s book, “Heroic Conservatism” sounds like a good one

We’ll all be listening to see if Imus goes after Hillary and his former liberal guests who didn’t support him. It’s possible all those Democrats he used to have on are calling him now and asking him if they can come back on...

WASHINGTON (AP) — Several hundred U.S. diplomats vented anger and frustration Wednesday about the State Department's decision to force foreign service officers to take jobs in Iraq, with some likening it to a "potential death sentence.

I read this (in the WaPo?) the other day, McGruff. Poor Babies! I always enjoy your pointing out these articles.

“Ron Kuby Speaks Out On Imus’ Return To Radio”

Says Imus Was Rewarded For Racial Remark...WCBS TV...

“One of the odder aspects of this is that Imus makes a racist comment, and the damage is done to a civil rights lawyer,’’ Kuby reflected one day after he was canned at WABC-AM, abruptly ending a successful eight-year morning drive-time run.

“He gets my job, and I’m told about the high price he paid,’’ Kuby continued, his voice rising in disbelief. “He’s paid? What about me? The press release ought to say, ‘Ron Kuby has paid a high price for Don Imus’ mistake.’ He gets $20 million, an eight-month vacation and my job.’’

“Perhaps a Boor (or a Bore), but Imus Makes It Work”

NYTimes...
“If, as rumored, he’ll return with a black co-host, maybe he’ll get the contemporary ground rules right next time.”

Green NBC/MSNBC! LOL

Soooooo silly, proving (If we needed it), that the looney MSM is in the pocket of the looney left. Style over substance, their mantra. We watched in disbelief last night as Sunday night football turned down the lights for their after game show. Their effort to save energy. Good grief!!

As soon as I saw David Shyster and that Mika wannabee I flipped to FNC and CNN.

Listened to a little WABC to check my radio car AM radio reception. Not real good. May not be ale to listen to a lot of Imus.

The good part was that Ron Kuby wasn’t on. Curtis and Mike Simon were discussing this N.Y. State drivers licenses for illegals fiasco. One of them made the point that drivers licenses for illegals are a precedent for voting for illegals and the Clintons may be behind that. Kind of makes sense now.

McGruff, there is no doubt in my mind that the Clintons are behind that. None.

As I posted yesterday we want to support Al Gore’s Greening and Cleaning of the planet. We want to support Al Gore running as the Green Party candidate. He could even pick Deidre Imus to be his V.P running mate.
