In this world there are things that seem on the verge of being discovered every so often, yet never quite materialize. The "Lost City" of Atlantis, for example, has been "found" at least a half dozen times. One researcher is pretty sure it is in Bolivia; another says it is Antarctica; a third claims that Bimini beachrock may be from the lost civilization. So it is with Noah's Ark. The difference is, of course, that the implications of Noah's Ark actually being found extend far beyond archaeology. The weight of all the paired animals in the world is nothing compared to the religious freight that the Ark carries. The Ark story is scientifically implausible; there simply wouldn't be enough space on the boat to accommodate two of every living animal (including dinosaurs), along with the food and water necessary to keep them alive. Furthermore, constructing a vessel of that scale would take hundreds of workers months to complete.

So the fisherman in town told Mrs. Noah that he drowned in a big storm. The local gossips said he was fooling around with someone named Ark. Voila....Noah named the boat "Ark" after "You Know Who" and that's the real story of Noah's "Ark".
How come Mrs. Noah is nowhere mentioned in the entire story??
What we SEE pertains to the physical, and what we see IS made up of that which is invisible to the human eye. At the time that was written in scripture, it did take FAITH to believe that the material things in the Universe were made up of building blocks (atoms) that were invisible to the naked eye because man had not invented the microscope in order to be able to SEE the building block (atom).
At present, it does not take much FAITH to believe that the material things in the Universe are made up of invisible building blocks (atoms) since man has invented the microscope to prove a fact that the Holy Ghost plainly told him in the New Testament.
Man in his arrogance will not believe UNTIL a thing in scripture is proven to him by Science. Christ said that it is an evil generation that is always seeking after a sign, but that the only sign that this evil generation will receive (until they see the sign of the Son of Man in the sky heralding His return) is the sign of Jonah, for just as Jonah was in the belly of the great fish for three days and three nights, so shall the Son of Man be in the belly of the earth three days and three nights and then the resurrection.
That is also an error, because many things taken literally have been disproved by science.
Physical things, regardless of size, are not the "things unseen."
Atoms (the smallest building blocks before electrons and protons were discovered) are INVISIBLE. Physical things, regardless of size, are MADE UP OF atoms, which are "things unseen".
Atoms aren't invisible. Give me enough and I can see 'em just fine with my mark-1 eyeball. With the right tool, I can see one all by its lonesome.
People who know and understand the world was intelligently designed (and is intelligently sustained) also know they are to fill the earth and subdue it. Believing in an Almighty Creator hardly leads to backwards thought and practice. For that we look to folks who think organized matter performing specific functions is "poofed" into existence by "nature."
A few references to back this up, please.
Suddenly changing the salinity of the water isn't good for either fresh- or salt-water fish.
Actually, this touches on one of the more intriguing (and oldest) disproofs of the global flood hypothesis. Namely, a massive flood would thoroughly mix up the various marine ecosystems. But, there are deposits of corals, bivalves, sponges, marine worms, trilobites, mollusks, etc, that are completely devoid of fish. Therefore, these deposits were not made by a global flood. This disproves the hypotheses that the Grand Canyon's sedimentary rocks, and the Canyon itself, were the result of the hypothesized flood.
