Bookmark that Fox news live link. It was the one they used to rebroadcast the 9/11 coverage. Most of the time it is dead, but every once in a while it comes up for live coverage. I have found its live for White House press conferences/speeches by the President like this one.

Powell is the consummate Washington bureaucrat who is more concerned about his own legacy and influence than loyalty to anyone, including the GOP. I recall prior to the 2000 election, he said that he would consider serving in a Rep or Dem administration if he could serve his country. Powell has always positioned himself above the fray.
