Unforunately RedRover, this will send a message to Democrats that being anti military, anti troops, is something Americans want.
They had these attitudes all along, but they had to pretend in public they didn't so they could lure the more moderate democrats, adn dissaffected Republicans.
Look for the Murthas and Kerrys to come out of the closet now.
Murtha and Kerry have nothing to fear. They lie, slander, distort, destroy lives--and voters shout hurrah. I agree that we'll get more from them and others will follow their example. We can be ready for them, but armed with what? Our own outrage? We need sharper weapons in this fight.
There is a woman with class, heart, and dignity. I am proud to be counted among her supporters and admirers, and hope and pray Diana stands and fights another day. Her team deserves an award for an absolutely outstanding effort. God bless Diana Irey and her family, and God bless all who stood beside her and fought the good fight.
I would do it all again in a heartbeat. I know we all would. Diana Irey can count on me again in the future. Next time, we won't come in second.

I just need to take a break for a little while. On top of the crushing events of last night, I had a double viewing/funeral today. My heart literally hurts.

Oh, believe me, they'll give us plenty of ammunition in the coming months, years. And it will be a real awakening for this country.
Then, just in time for the next presidential election, BOOM. The crazies are in charge of the nuthouse now, and when they become "drunk" with their own power, they WILL show the world what they are all about.
I was sad this morning, but the more I think about it, the more I am convinced this ONE MORE chance they have been given will be their downfall.
And we'll be armed, the hardworking, responsible people in this country. I've seen it happen before, and it will happen again.
I keep dropping by to see what's going on.
I keep coming back to one thing in my thoughts, and that is that I have sadly overestimated the American people...
Many of the candidates, both challenger and incumbent, that they elected yesterday - were - and are presently mired in ethics, corruption and legal scandals.
This is America?
To see one of our enemies elected to public office in Minnesota? To see a Rick Santorum - no matter his party - replaced by a Casey? By 20 points? In Pennsylvania? To see a Webb have even a long shot at winning in Virginia? To see a Graf lose in a district and in a state that is being bankrupted by illegal immigrants? To see a McCaskill win in Missou? To see Irey lose by thirty? To a man like Murtha? To see a Pelosi take the leadership position in the House? To see a Klobuchar win in Minnesota?
I don't know what it is, but this is not America...and these people do not represent American values or interests.
