I can only take any of them in small snips. Boortz is on a station I get on the car radio out of Las Vegas and it seemed like all he was saying for a while there was teach them a lesson. Just as Savage lost any credibility (he had little to begin with since I've thought for years he is bi-polar) with his donation to Jerry Brown, Boortz lost me with his vote Libertarian speal... I don't listen to Ingraham so can't really judge her one way or the other.

The Rats will not be able to hide their crazees. They will not cement their win in the next two Years. The republicans will be on the Offense because they want to come back in two years, and the Constituency wants them to fight the Rats. The Opposition only has to have 41 votes for a block in the Senate, and we will be forcing them to do this. We already know what the rats are planning, and we will be knocking off the constantly dwindling circulation numbers of the Newspapers and Viewers of all the Alphabets. We will also have the Self destructive Talk Show Hosts ragging on the DemoRAts who they helped put in power. It will be an interesting Year, and are you up to the battle? Most of us here seem to be, I want to hear positive thought and good ideas. When you see that so many of the Rats ran to the Right, even if they have no clue what being conservative is about, they will have to vote, and talk on the Floors of the House and Senate and we will be there to document every single minute detail. They will be gone in two years for the most part. The real conservative Dems will not like what Pelosi says, and they will probably buck her and hope that when they do they will not need her Money, they will get it from Home. It will be fun to watch....

Yes...isn't it interesting that the FBI didn't issue subpoenas re: Menendez until Thursday and Friday of LAST week after the election??

Morgan: Please add "one neighbor" and "one friend" to your list. All of us know people who do not follow politics as closely as we do...

Alas Babylon!: Excellent idea! Every conservative recruit another.

This is exactly what I was driving at, less succinctly than the both of you, in my post #569. I know that a good part of the 50% or so who don't vote are just never going to sort through the lies of the corrupt MSM that they are most likely going to hear whilst chewing on the evening meal. Let's face it, many good folks will never subject themselves to the heat or length of the debate as heard on Rush etc..

I use every opportunity to alert those in my locality to the importance of the Conservative cause--face to face. For me, this is the sort of work that must be done to break the Left's stranglehold on those who hear the tempting, but deadly language of "I feel your pain" etc..

The new media is a great place for those who have decided to search for the truth, but can it succeed if individuals don't seek out and assist those who might just need that little push to open their eyes? And I know that many Conservatives are doing this, but we need to involve as many as possible. I have to remind myself when talking with those in my circle, that not everyone has listened to the debate and observed the workings of government for forty years. Many are so wrapped up in personal matters that they don't even recognize what Rat politics is doing to them.

Were you here when Freepers chipped in for an ad in the Washington Times. It was a picture of George Washington with a tear coming down his face. During impeachment, if I recall.

That was a talking point. I heard several Demorat operatives using this line. They also used this creepy lie that the Republican Ads were mean, nasty, vicious when it was their ads that were. It is like who are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes? They knew if they ran as liberals they would lose in all the areas they won,and that is why they are continuing to talk this nonsense moving to the right in their talking points but never being anything but left wing nut commies. They will never keep up this nonsense because of the DU operatives, and how ridiculous it is. The Crew Group financed by SOros knew to taint the Republicans because the base will be turned off. They were not concerned about Reid or Jefferson or that WV crook,Demorats will vote for Hitler if he had a D after his name. In two years things will be totally different.

Do you think that Joey might get so puffed up with his "power" in the Senate...that he might talk himself into running again for POTUS??

I do not like Jane Harman...but, before she found out she was going to be in trouble for telling the truth..

SHE did admit that the programs that the NSA and others were doing, were good ones, and that they were helping..and I think she even indicated that they were lawful.

When she turned, she forgot that we have memories, I guess.

I hope that when the inevitable hearings about the NSA program happen...that her quotes from when it was first LEAKED are brought out in testimony from OUR side.

Thanks Miss Marple . . and not particularly pure political stuff necessarily, beautiful vignettes of progress and good in Iraq and elsewhere and whatever else would be a quick two second visual byte for those afflicted with adult ADD. (That may apply to me, so I'm not ridiculing!) - A lot more pleasant than Chris Matthews screeching.

Actually it wasn't a really amnesty persee.

If they met the requirements of section 201 and 245 they could apply for Lawful Temporary Resident status wait eighteen months then apply for Lawful Permanent Resident status. After five years they could apply for citizenship.

During that five year period they could not apply for Federal Financial Assistance with the exception of SSI. Even after five years it wasn't automatically guaranteed they would be granted citizenship, they had a long list of requirements which included showing more than a passing knowledge and understanding of the English language and Civics as well as proof of good citizenship.

I think the dems are planning on being just like Clinton..(and didn't I hear that is what Dean is advocating?)

And ignoring the gathering storm...kick the can...whatever cliche you want to use...

They will us the old appeasement form of foreign policy...like Biden and Levin and carry advocate...

The will always take the attitude that the War on Terror is a Bush fear tactic...not a true threat, if we treat the terrorists with respect...

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but it's a tiny bit of heartening news .. wonder how long it'll last, but I'm glad to see some companies wouldn't tolerate their filth:

Air America on Ad Blacklist?
ABC document: Sponsors shun liberal network

10/31/06

An internal memo from ABC Radio Networks to its affiliates reveals scores of powerful sponsors have a standing order that their commercials never be placed on syndicated Air America programming that airs on ABC affiliates.

The October 25 memo was provided to FAIR by the Peter B. Collins Show, a syndicated radio show originating on the West Coast.

Headlined "Air America Blackout" and addressed "Dear Traffic Director"—referring to the radio station staffer who coordinates programming and advertising—the memo gives the following order to affiliates:

Please be advised that Hewlett Packard has purchased schedules with ABC Radio Networks between October 30th and December 24th, 2006. Please make sure you blackout this advertiser on your station, as they do not wish it to air on any Air America affiliate.

The directive then advises ABC Radio Network affiliates to take note of a list of other sponsors who do not want their programming to run during Air America programming.

Please see below for a complete list of all advertisers requesting that NONE of their commercials air within Air America programming.

The list, totaling 90 advertisers, includes some of largest and most well-known corporations advertising in the U.S.: Wal-Mart, GE, Exxon Mobil, Microsoft, Bank of America, Fed-Ex, Visa, Allstate, McDonald's, Sony and Johnson & Johnson. The U.S. Postal Service and the U.S. Navy are also listed as advertisers who don't want their commercials to air on Air America.

I couldn't vote for Graf, but I did contribute to his campaign and if the GOP had not abandoned him from the start I think he might have actually pulled off a win in your district.

Pretty obvious we are still dealing with a Clinton FBI when they go after Curt Weldon three weeks prior to the election and Menendez days after the election -- though, in all honesty, I'm not certain we'd have gained much by getting Kean in his place.

#308, Lousenberg is not right in his upper story and has been a bit crazy for years, now he is old and crazy, but that is a perfect DemoRat Senator. I have been in e-mail conversation with Joe Negron, and I have assured him that we are ready for the next Battle when he will win with his name on the ballot. I hate to say it, but some of the People in my County that voted against him did it because of his name, and his Cuban Heritage and that was because of the Radicals like Pat Buchanan fomenting hate for anyone with a Latino name. Some of the nastiest DemRats that voted for Mahoney instead of Negron I heard making fun of his name with obvious racial overtones. They are really sick, and in two years they will be on the outside when Joe is elected to Congress. The old me would have cussed them out until they ran off like the Cowards they are, the present me does not want to do battle with idiots that might compromise my already aching joints. I will survive and tell the locals what kind of scum they have in their party that disses a race as a joke.
